We've made it easy with online equipment reservations that are available 24/7 or you may call our office during business hours. For large, multi-item events we recommend speaking with our friendly staff. Due to scheduling constraints, bookings for Dj's are done over the phone. A credit card is required to make online reservations.

Like most kids my newly turned 6 year old loves a good bounce house so I added one to his jedi training bday party last weekend. There are so many local bounce house companies to choose from, but I went with Jump Guy based on their stellar Yelp reviews and they had a Star Wars themed bounce house. Their pricing seemed fair from my limited research as well.
The Glencoe Park District didn't have a certificate of insurance on file for them, but Jump Guy was able to get it to be pretty quickly.

Very friendly staff fast and efficient the kids had so much fun in the Halloween bounce house which is the newest the kids loved it jump guy did a great job and will be the only place I’ll rent from the equipment was very clean and sturdy the jump house is amazing all around highly recommend my family and I are very happy with the service we look forward to to continue business with you thanks again the party was a success!!!!!!!

Jump Guy was great to work with! They were responsive and prompt as well as very reasonably priced. The bounce house selection is awesome and the one we chose was clean and in great shape. Nick and team have always gone above and beyond to ensure we receive the best customer service experience - From the initial phone call inquiring about the water slides and or Jump houses to the coordination of the equipment drop off and pick up. Martin delivered the football jump on time and was very friendly. My son told Martin he wanted a bounce house as well, we called Jump guy, it was available and Martin went back to the warehouse and grabbed and made it happen all within a short time before my sons party began. Jump Guy is amazing! Working with Nick and Tara to organize the End of the Year Festivities for our 8th Graders was a great experience. The LEDs for a glow in the dark party were great. I have to say the biggest hit might have been the inflatable axe throwing. The kids (and teachers) loved it. We will rent again for sure. Thanks Jump Guy!

The company was great to deal with. They are completely set up to make everything completed online. I did have to call them and they picked up on the first ring. They have a huge selection to choose from. The crew that delivered the unit were great. The delivery crew had 3 young guys that were very courteous and polite. I had some problems with my electric, it took 3 separate outlets on different circuits. They were patient and very helpful. They were on time and efficient. Will definitely refer them to friends and use them again the future.
