Extremely disappointed with the services I have received here. My friend and I went to get our hands and toes done. Chi worked on her and did a wonderful job taking care of us both. My nail tech immediately spilled water all over my shoes. He rushed through my pedicure and was upset that I wanted to wait for my friend to get done. He asked several times if I was ready to move, then had another male worker yell at Chi to finish up with my friend faster. It was apparent that she was rushing so my tech could move on. He again rushed through my manicure, and smeared several of my nails, but did not

Please never go here! Probably the worst nail salon I've ever gone to. I dont think i'll ever come back to this place. I was cut 3 times by the drill, he didn't ask me what shape i wanted, and he didn't use any nail polish after applying the gel. I left the salon with -50 dollars for some cheap black and white nails that were loose the day after. Worst place ever

Love Chi! She is very thorough and does an amazing job! She was rushed by a male employee though which I didn’t like, she takes her time and that’s what makes her so good!

I love this nail salon .I must admit they were very nice and did everything the way I asked. They were very clean & professional I love this place & will be coming here for now on for my services. I highly recommend this place for any & all services , they are amazing ! Thank you for a great experience!

They always seem to have enough staff available so that you’re not waiting forever. Also, they’re very clean and thorough. I got the volcano pedicure- complete with massage, hot stones, and exfoliating. My feet are super soft. It’s $55 for the volcano pedicure- I highly recommend. ❤️

Was pushed to upgrade my pedicure saying I got 15 off. Didn't want to pay that much. But they assured me I could use the gift card today. The guy I had left the hot stone sitting on my leg for about 15 seconds when he got distracted and didn't notice til I was saying ouch that's burning me! Then they didn't let us use the gift card and they were screaming at me until the mgr came out. We will never be back.
Also, i handed the gift certificate back since I would never be coming back. This establishment is a rip off, and I have cuts on my toes!!! Not to mention the burn mark. Save your robot response

The lady that did my 7 year daughters nails was great but the man who did mine was so EXTREMELY ROUGH. Jabbed me multiple times with his nail , squeezed my leg so hard it was so painful brought tears to my eyes, got nail polish on his finger and wiped it on the top of my foot and left it there not to mention I got a candy stripe on my big toe he did one foot and someone else did my other so now I have designs that are not even uniform with each other what so ever. That was the most painful experience ever and I should have listened to these reviews so I am telling you now LISTEN don’t even waste

Decided to try out this location and was greeted kindly by the staff. I was sat down next to a young nail artist finishing up her client when I was moved to the other side with an older lady. I showed her what I wanted and she said okay and got to work. The only thing right was the color because the shape was so bad :( I paid and tipped because I felt bad and I’m not big on making scenes. I went to the other location in the mall to explain the situation hoping they could fix it by reshaping and they did!! Definitely just be careful who does your nails! But overall everyone is nice and kind and

Nice and neat. Did a walk in with a friend. They served wine and we got a massage while the pedicure was happening. We got the volcano pedicure package. I don't know the details of the things used but my entire lower extremities feel reborned. I will definitely be coming back.

Tried to call ahead of time. Would not give me an appointment. Had to wait over 30 minutes to get started. Got my fingers with the drill like 3-4 times. Then had the drill up so high on my nails that It burnt my nails 5-6 different times. I had to pull my hand away. Never even got an “I’m sorry” nails are uneven. Coating on top is not even. Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon.
