I scheduled an appointment a week in advance with the only tech that was able to to do ombre acrylics, I arrived on time and had to wait 45 minutes so she must have just started with someone right before I arrived. The general appearance seems clean, but looks can be deceiving. The tech was wearing gloves and I don't think she changes them after each client. She rushed through my services, nicked my cuticles and ran the drill too long & deep on my nails causing pain and ultimately resulted in poor quality. Visited this salon with my mom and my groom before our wedding. It was my husband’s first time at a nail salon! He enjoyed his mani/pedi. My pedicure looked amazing and we felt pampered.

I decided to try this place based on the good reviews, but I was disappointed. I waited almost an hour with an appointment, was passed around to multiple techs within the process of getting a new set of acrylics, and didn’t get the shape I asked for. I appreciate the lady that stayed after they closed to finish my nails, but she was whispering to another lady in a different language for a while right in front of me which I did not appreciate.

I walked in a few days after they opened their store in Carmel and the owner and a few nail techs were polite but, the last couple of visits, I felt like they were always in a rush to accommodate others and it was verified the other day when I took my dad in for a a simple nail clipping service. I am accustomed to them soaking his nails to make them soft and then gently clipping them down but instead they had very quickly just snipped really fast and cut his skin.
