I used to enjoy coming here, now it is anything but a relaxing experience. The owner has is little boy in here all the time running around and screaming and acting like his age of 3/4 years old. The ladies work on your nails while talking to friends on the phone and ignoring you. Son does an amazing job and I like him but this place is not professional and I find it stressful. I can see why the last few times I have come in no one is there. I’m not coming back again.

My Mom and I got pedi. Kind, clean, professional, family oriented environment, not long of a wait in a Saturday morning. The pedi was very relaxing and included a mud mask, paraffin, massage and more! We were very impressed!

For over a year I'd been coming to this salon for an occasional pedicure, which normally has been a positive experience. There was one time that they cut my cuticle and made my foot bleed all over the place but still did my pedicure despite it being painful! The next pedicures after that went fine, but with some exceptions. The man cut my cuticles, I had him a second time, and he was too busy trying to parent his child who was running all over the place rather than to focus on what he was doing, so he kept me waiting a lot so that the water got cold several times. The most disgustingly unprofessional people run this place- the massage I recovered was painful and almost to a point where she yanked my hand off. My nails are I credibly uneven, the French tip is incredibly thick & until I asked for my nails to be even she didn’t make an effort to fix them. I called when I got home to see if I could get a reshaping or refund and the man YELLED at me and told me that the woman had asked me if I liked them- when I told him I didn’t understandher and told her that they are uneven he said it was none of his problem. This was the most horrific place I’ve ever gotten Arcrylics from. I came in, showed a picture and got NOTHING similar to what I wanted. The lady was incredibly aggressive with the hand massage, made me bleed from cutting my cuticles and after asking her why they’re uneven she proceeded to do my nails. I called when I got home to see if I could get a refund or a reshaping/repainting and they told me they don’t do refunds and would charge me more for reshaping/repainting. The manager is INCREDIBLY unprofessional, the place is HORRIBLE, the job they do is DISGUSTING and the vibe is anything

We were in town with my son’s 15u comp baseball team and a group of moms decided last minute they would like to get Pedis. They were able to accommodate 6 of us with less than an hour notice. The staff were friendly, funny and made us feel so welcome. The place was very clean and well taken care of. Plus our toes looked great! Would highly recommend. If baseball brings me back to the area, I will definitely be returning!

I stopped at West Clay Nails for a last minute pedicure, and I'm glad I did. I was seated immediately, and the technician got right to work. For less than $30 plus tip, I got a basic pedicure plus massage with sea salt and lotion. The tools were clean and not shared, which seems like an obvious but a bit of a problem in Indy Metro. The only thing I wasn't crazy about is the lack of attentiveness once I was moved to the dryer. Other than that, it was fantastic. Definitely recommended.

My daughter told me this is where she comes so i thought i would give it a try and my first impression was the owner Van asked me my name and i thought that was nice because a lot of times the ones doing your nails won't even talk to u. Based off of a co-workers rave review of West Clay Nails I decided to pop in (without an appointment) on my lunch break. I was immediately greeted, seated and handed nail colors to choose from. I selected my color of choice and the dipping began... The atmosphere was quiet with spa type music slowing putting me to sleep... it was the relaxing moment I needed. I was in and out! I had time to pick up my dry cleaning, run through a dive-thru for a quick bite and head back to the office all within an hour! My nails turned out great! I'd definitely recommend this location.
