Came for my usual oil change, stated they don't do basic oil changes anymore, so I paid 50$ for the synthetic...my receipt says come back in 3000 miles for next oil change...so I'm doubting if they really did use synthetic oil or not and I paid 50$ for nothing. After I went to get my free cash they've offered for YEARS with an oil change purchase. I go to the attendant and he says 'we don't do this' and crumpled the voucher up. Critical: Professionalism
Unethical business. Sold me a $100 gift card. 3 days later they raised the price of full service wash from 17 to 30 dollars. My gift car is now worth less . Don't give your hard earned money to this business.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. My car was needing a good clean and I drove by so I figure would give it a try. I asked them what’s the best interior cleaning they have that also clean all the seat and carpet. The guy told me that it would be a detail mini so I went with it. It costs $70 dollars and I got an unclean seat and carpet. I complained to them and they said oh they made a mistake and they don’t clean seat or carpet. If I want my seat clean then i have to pay the extra $175 for my seat to be clean. They cleaned out my mats and put them right back on the dirty carpet, they asked for more

Came to get an inspection and the guy that greeted me didn’t smile or greet me at all. I told him I was needing an inspection and said it would be about 20 min. I waited and was out the door a little while later. Came back for another inspection on another vehicle since it’s really close to my house and when I went the same gentleman was sitting on a chair on his phone. I told him I was needing another inspection. He didn’t seemed thrilled and acted like he absolutely hated his job. I was told they were not doing inspections for a couple weeks. I just dont understand how you have time for

I have been here before and didn’t think much of it. This last experience was completely different. Kevin cleaned my car and did an impressive job taking the time to get every corner of my car. It was the best car wash I have ever had and I will be back again and will ask for Kevin! Thank you so much for your attention to detail!

Pleasantly pleased with the experience I had here this week! Got my car inspection and was in & out in 15 minutes (during lunch time).. There were three attendants at the auto inspection side, all of whom were very hospitable and competent. Will definitely be back!
FYI - The inspection also comes with a coupon for a free car wash, although I haven’t redeemed it yet.

Waiting since 8:00 am no one showed up waste of time nonprofessional we have to call city of Dallas for a state inspection complaint 👎🏽 8:20

Paid $25 and he didn’t even wipe down anything inside. I didn’t notice until I got home with better lighting. I’m pretty annoyed and I definitely feel like this job was rushed. Not worth the money for sure.
