I love this place! I found this local facialist in Tustin having relocated to California from Florida recently. My skin has changed quite a bit so was very excited to find a local professional.

I booked an appointment at this spa because of their Face Reality program. I have dealt with acne since my teens, but had previously done the Face Reality program a few years ago when I lived in the Bay Area and it had completely cleared my skin. Unfortunately my acne started to come back because of wearing masks at work all day. Because my acne was only mild, Maddie recommended that I come in every 3-4 weeks instead of the usual 2 weeks. My skin looks great, however I believe my esthetician was new to the trade. Seemed very timid and did not massage face or scalp, also let the hot towels cool off to an uncomfortable degree on my face every time she used one. It certainly sounded like she was texting while letting the masks and products sit on my skin. At this point, this is where an arm or scalp massage would be normally done.

Love this place! I've been taking my son for the teen facials they have available. Because we all know what puberty can do to our skin and the damages it can cause, I've been bringing my son to Oceren to help care for his skin. We can see drastic results in his skin since we've been coming here. He's also been using their Face Reality line for acne prone skin which is helping him from crazy breakouts like he use to have. I also love how clean and fresh the office is.

Try the Hydrafacial! Calling all men - Facials are not just for girls. Who knew I had so much dirt under the surface of my skin.. this treatment cleaned my face like I would have never imagined. Don't just take my word for it, check out the photos I attached. All those particles were literal dirt chunks under my skin! Totally worth the investment. I made my appointment in mid October for 12-07-19. Was waiting for the appointment so long, the day before the appointment they send txt to confirm my appointment. On the day of my appointment someone txt me that she was sick and they have to cx that apt & reschtit for the following week @ 8:00 in the morning which didn't work for me. They didn't even try to squeeze me in the schedule & give me the time that is convient for me

My young teen was battling acne and we knew that we had to be proactive to get it under control because what we were doing on our own was not working. We found Oceren and began their acne program and started booking appointments every two weeks while using the recommended products. Like clockwork, 3-4 months in and my teen's face was looking so much better. We're coming up on almost 5 months and her skin is completely clear.
