Keep your items safe with our Climate Control, climate controlled storage facility. We charge by the cubic foot and are able to containerize your items to protect them at all times. The boxes didn't arrive ahead of time, but it wasn't their fault and they reimbursed me for getting my own.
The move was scheduled for a Saturday, and when there were winter storm warnings and states of emergency declared they offered a discount to do a day earlier or later. For various reasons I wasn't able to shift the date and they persevered, to the extent of having a team member literally circle my block continuously while bringing the boxes down (from a fifth floor walk up) so as to let the plows by.
They wrapped all my tvs and furniture etc very securely and, despite everything

My wife and I had a great experience working with this company. The movers were courteous, efficient, and took great care of all of our items. Hire a four man crew. I’m very glad I did, and they finished the job in about three hours. Be prepared to take extra cash out, as they did add on a little more for packing and time spent securing some of our unwrapped furniture. They worked very hard, so my wife and I were fine with it.

Horrible experience!! I have used moving companies previously, with great results. Not this time! I had everything packed and organized. The movers arrived to load my belongings they were brash, uncaring and rude.
My belongings were then placed into storage 23 miles from where I moved, and held there for two months. There was no reason for this. There was no explanation, nor apology.
When finally the mover, one solo mover, arrived to deliver my belongings, he rapped harshly on my door and commenced yelling at me!! No introduction, no verification, and no phone call before his arrival. Contrary

Great moving company. Personal is pleasure to work with. Pick up and drop off was on time, the movers are fast and professional. The pricing is reasonable. I had a local move scheduled into a storage unit to prepare for a home renovation in early Jan- but then COVID hit for me. To my surprise, they were really flexible and got the move date rescheduled quickly. On the move day, they were perfectly on time, followed the local parking ordinances and the 4-man crew was also well prepared and had all the boxes we needed to move. Moving the very large refrigerator I had out of the garage and into the storage unit was a challenge, but they managed it well and kept everything safe. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for when we need to move everything

This was a great experience move with Atlantis Van Lines. It was such a relief to outsource all moving troubles to these professionals. Andy was absolutely wonderful in helping us with all the questions and concerns we had about our move from Manhattan to Fort Lee, NJ. His was up front with price and extremely professional and prompt with answering our questions!
As for our moving CREW!! These 4 guys kicked some butt. Michael was so great. These guys made an already stressful situation less problematic by offering quick solution. They disassembled our furniture and reassembled it at our new house

Just used Atlantis Van Lines for my move within NYC, and I am very confused about everyone's reviews regarding "fair pricing" because the pricing was very far from fair. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL because this company is NOT transparent and are very dishonest about their fees and pricing. So my husband spoke to a man named Anthony about two weeks prior to the move, and they both spoke via phone about the move from one neighborhood to another (which would be about an hour commute). My husband explained we are moving from a ONE bedroom on the first floor to another ONE bedroom, and reviewed each item

The movers at Atlantis Van Lines were very good for the price. My items were carefully packaged, disassembled, then reassembled, and placed in the rooms I wanted. I had very sensitive items in need of moving, including a china cabinet with glass shelving and doors and a large dresser mirror; nothing was damaged. They were also very accommodating in helping to throw out some larger pieces of furniture, including an old couch. The corridors in my new location were very tight, and my freshly painted walls were left spotless thanks to the movers careful consideration. For the price, I am very satisfied

This was my first time using this moving company. The immediate response to my moving request was impeccable. The Atlantis Van Lines (AVL) crew that actually move did a dynamite job. I couldn't ask for anything better. The moving crew were definitely professional movers!
The only complaints that I have is...AVL only except cash payment. That's so 70's. Get with the times and start excepting a cash app or credit card payment. AVL you should have accepted a credit payment if you charge someone $400 Ann above. Ughman. The foreman of the moving crew mentioned tip several times. I was

Our move went very well. The three guys were efficient, friendly, and hard working. Nothing was broken and they did a good job protecting our stuff and then removing the packing and reassembling the furniture. They explained everything before, during, and after the move. My only issue was their assumption of the amount of the tip and then placing it on the invoice thinking I would agree. While I had definitely planned to tip them I did not particularly like the way it was handled by the crew.

Took longer than expected and the cost was more but the guys worked pretty hard and overall a good job.
Neglected to mention that they charge $25 to provide a Certificate of Insurance which is a requirement if you are moving in or out of any NYC apartment building.

Used Atlantis for a move in NYC one bedroom. Pre-move the boxes that were promised didnt arrive, but it was a Lowes shipping delay issue. In reponse i bought my own boxes and Atlantis subtracting the cost from the total. They were not proactive about letting me know about the delay though. Day-of they were very efficient and moved everything safely and with care. However, i was hit with a 50 dollar fee for COI i wasnt aware of in the inital quote. That being said good value for money and overall move was satisfactory.
