Care credit issue was resolved and fixed a few weeks after my initial visit. I'm happy with that part of my initial issue. Also, Office staff was nice this time around!

Wonderful Dr and beautiful office. Dr Hou was very informative and receptive. Explained everything and was so sweet. North Orange County needed a dermatologist and she is a great one!! Please remember almost all cosmetic dermatology is not covered by insurance. And you get what you pay for. Front office staff was also very sweet

Dr. Jessie Zhe Hou is very knowledgeable, patient, a very good listener and explains what she is doing. She's very detailed and does not rush you out of the office. Her staff is also friendly, and professional and the office is clean and modern looking. My wife and I made a great choice in selecting Dr Hou.

For as long as I can remember, I've had a large mole on my left ear/tragus. A family doctor once told me to keep an eye out on it and it never changed (to my knowledge) or caused any problems but I recently came across a video of a girl who was diagnosed with melanoma from a mole she had her whole life and felt like I needed to get mine checked.

I had a baby during the beginning of the pandemic and I grew a cyst on my eye lid right by the corner of my eye. My primary care at kaiser sent me to Dermatology and they told me too " to close to the eye" they also minimize my super dry skin and the brown patches I got due hormones . Well Dr. H took care of the cyst in 8 min !!!! Gave me a cream ( 37 dollars at Costco) and explain to me in detail why and how to take care of my skin now that I am a mom. I also got BOTOX !!! It is over due. I should post this review two weeks after the treatment. I had a rash over my upper lip and chin. It was so itchy & red. I saw 2 Dermatologists before l went to Imperial Dermatology. Nothing those doctors gave me would help my condition to get better. Finally, I found Dr. Hou on Google. She explained I had allergic with moisturizer that I used. I went in to remove a scar I had from a mole I removed via laser as a child. It healed badly and left a huge outdent on my face. I've been trying to get rid of it for years. At a previous consultation with a different clinic/doctor in Newport Beach, I was told we'd use a "cookie cutter" method + quoted thousands of dollars and told I would need multiple office visits every two weeks. I've been going to dermatologists for years between different cities and countries. Dr Zhou is really good at what she does. Upon arrival I was taken temperature. Then I filled out paperwork's on an iPad with no suspicious pen. Then Evelyn brought me back to the room and with no wait Dr Zhou shows up at the room. The biopsy was nice and quick. One more thing off my mind during this crazy pandemic time.

Been seeing Dr. Hou for a couple months now. So glad I found her. She'a very easy to talk to, patient, and good at what she does. I've gotten a couple biopsies done by her, and have felt like I'm in good hands each time (hence my multiple returns).
