The worst doctor I've ever seen, does not tell you everything you need to know about procedure cuts way too much , fails to tell you proper after care and when you're suffering they'll tell you oh yeah I forgot to tell you yeah don't do that. She treats us like we're trash and is very rude do not come here save your money this place is a joke

I first started coming here back in 2017. Dr Baugh helped me out so much with explaining to me about certain skin types and what products are best. The two products he told me about were AMAZING. Definitely helped the blemishes on the sides of my face clear up within months.

Dr. Baugh seems competent. But his wait times reflect a total indifference to a patients time. I have seen him for a couple years and become more and more frustrated with the 45 minute plus wait times.
I thought I could get around the long wait times by taking a 7:15 am appointment. Surely with being almost the first patient time of the day, the wait would be short. WRONG - another 45 minute wait.
I'm now looking for another dermatologist.

Very Disappointed! My family and I have been patients for many years. Our Doctor is great. Full Spectrum Dermatology's billing and administration department needs a lot of help. Unfortunately some companies cannot see the forest through the trees and they loose good customers. Full Spectrum Dermatology's billing department mistakenly billed the wrong person and and want me to pay the late fees. Its only $8 dollars and when I tried to resolve the issue and pay the bill they were more than happy to loose my business over $8. I don't mind paying the money but don't like

Don't come here if you are someone who likes to deal with professionals. You won't find any here.
It is very hard to get an appt here from the start. Once i did, i left work early to make sure i made my appt time, only to show up to be told the dr wouldn't be able to see me. I was told that they tried to call, however i did not receive any message.
Not only did i drive all the way there for nothing, they notified me i owed $20 and they were going to send my account to collections. I asked what the balance was for and they said It was for my co pay for an appointment i went to

I have been going to Dr. Baugh for the past 10 years for acne and general skincare and have never had a bad experience. Dr. Baugh is thorough in his appointments and has excellent bed side manner.
Also, if you want one of the best facials ever, Rosie is one of the best estheticians I have ever been to! I get a microdermabrasion and peel every once in a while and she is so gentle and is truly the sweetest person.

Need to replace whoever answers the phone. Called to make an appointment for my son's acne problem. Asking for an appointment is like asking for the gate code to the Vatican. Me: "do you have appointment available today." Receptionist: "No we don't". Me: "ok, do you have appointment this week." Receptionist: " We are booked this week." Me: "ok, do you have appointment next week?" Receptionist: sighs.. "let me put you on hold". Me, hangs up and found another much friendlier office to go to

I've been seeing Dr. Hsu for many years and she's been amazing! She's is very thorough and always takes the time to answer my questions. She is easy to talk to and puts me at ease during procedures that normally would make me squeamish. I have referred my husband and kids to her as well and she seems to really care and has a gentle touch and approach. I feel like we are in great hands under her.

Worst Experience!! My family and I will never be back to this place. Had us waiting over an hour! The Dr. and staff clearly could care less that I had my kids who were also to be seen and being toddlers were impatient. Total nightmare and waste of my time! Everyone there made me feel discriminated being that I had small children.

Not only does Doctor Baugh and his lead esthetician Rosie, make my skin look amazing. They both made my first lip filler experience as comforting as possible! Dr. Baugh did an amazing job at giving my lips a little raise on my upper lip like I asked. The swelling was very minimal and little to no bruising. I only used topical numbing cream and felt nothing! Rosie's been doing my facials since I've been in high school and never failed to make my skin amazing and hydrated. Love love love!

Today is September 26 2018, I went into full spectrum in early September, I went in for something called a "shaving" I saw Dr. Hsu (pronounced "shoe") for my shaving, which was on the side of my nose, she marked the perimeter with a marker, put anesthesia, then shaved off what needed to be removed. Wasn't allowed to touch it or shower for 24 hrs, next day I wash off the left over marker marks left behind and then just allow it to heal and see the redness and puffiness go away, so weeks later, the scab falls off and it heels, HOWEVER that's when I noticed that the Dr

Everyone is so friendly and helpful in this office! Dr Hsu is so patient & caring! I came to her with 3-4 different issues I wanted to address. She put me on an easy skin care regimen and I'm so happy with my results! I decided to take in my 15 year old daughter for her mild acne so Dr Hsu could help her set up good skin care habits now versus when it's a problem.

I love knowledge and he is in his comfort zone teaching you so your expectations equal your choices. Take extra time to listen and undestand your part in your treatment success. He came Highly recommend by an RN who's daughter struggled with Acne that wouldn't clear till she became his patient. Amazing office staff!! Estheticians are wonderful! Dont hesitate. I'm in the medical field and super picky he his staf and office get a 5 star.

I'm writing for my mother today who had a negative experience with the receptionist, Annie. I posted this review for Dr. Baugh's page, but as it concerns the receptionist at this facility, I am posting it here as well.
Upon her visit, she was told that she had an outstanding balance of about $34.00, which is odd considering that we always paid the full price of the bill on the spot with cash.
