In 1985, Dr. Steven Stanowicz opened his solo practice with his sister Stahsha Diaz as office manager in Villa Park, CA. Over the years, as we have expanded, we moved to our current location at 1506 E. Chapman Ave in Orange Ca. We also opened a second location a mile away at 368 S. Glassell Street which we use as a designated Mohs Surgery Center.

Over the years, while teaching Mohs surgery to UCI Derm residents, Dr. Stanowicz hand-picked the best and the brightest to join his growing practice.

Mohs surgery, also known as microscopically controlled surgery, is a common procedure used to treat certain skin cancers and to prevent the recurrence of that cancer. This precise method of treating skin cancers allows us to surgically remove the skin cancer and immediately examine the tissue to identify any remaining cancerous tissue.

Dr. Hsu is fantastic! I have suffered with acne for years and seen several dermatologist and my skin would never clear but now after seeing dr.Hsu my skin has never looked so good. Dr.Hsu has put the time and effort to work with me to make the best skin care routine for my skin. She doesn’t take a one size fits all approach and I’m so happy I found her, one of the nicest Dr.s I meet and I could tell she would listen to all my concerns.

My experience with Dr. Sarah and the entire staff and Orange Dermatology & Laser was wonderful! From the moment I walked into their beautiful office, I felt like I was in good hands. Their front office staff and nurses were very helpful and friendly while Dr. Sarah made me feel comfortable during my visit and was very professional. Loved the treatment I received and products I purchased (recommended by Dr.S) has my skin looking better than ever!!! Thanks!

I do not recommend Dr. Jennifer hsu. She is rude and not experienced enough. Don't waste your time and money. She talks over you and doesn't listen to your concerns. She doesn't know enough to diagnose and help patients. She wants to have you waste time and money trying new creams for acne to see what works. Who has time to keep coming back and spending countless money on creams? I took my son for his acne. First appointment, they had us wait an hour before we saw her. Second appointment she was rude when I told her we wanted to find something that worked and not keep trying multiple creams. She

I was on the phone for over 45 minutes and nobody answered my call.
I get off work at 4:00 pm. I made a point to call as soon as I could. I was on the phone at about 4:15 pm. The automated system told me I was number 2 in line to be answered. About 25 minutes in I was changed to number one. Instead of answering my phone call, they dragged their feet until the office closed, so they could ignore it completely. What an absolute insult. At least have the decency to get on the line and tell me I'm not important enough to get to. A complete waste of my time.

Doctor offices make me nervous! I asked my friends to recommend a dermatologist that had excellent bedside manner and was okay with a patient that's interested in holistic treatments whenever possible. Thank goodness someone mentioned, Dr. Sarah Stanowicz.
The office was clean and busy. The front desk staff were organized and friendly. And let me tell you, the attitude of the front desk can make or break a clinic in my opinion. In this case, they were professional and welcoming. So far so good.
