Communication from company was very limited and caused a great deal of stress not knowing until morning of event that I did in fact have a bounce house on the way. Voicemail and emails i sent week of event were unanswered.
Once I did receive call from Lee the delivery driver things were great. He let me known when he was enroute. He explained everything and was awesome. His communication was excellent.
The toddler bounce house itself was great and the kids loved it. It was perfect for the mix of 2-4 y.o. kids.

We rented the pink castle/slide combo for our daughters 7th birthday. Our delivery guy, Hector, was awesome! He was extremely professional & nice! The party was a HUGE success & I'm sure all of the kids will sleep well tonight! Any questions or concerns I had were answered quickly & thoroughly! This was my first time ever renting a bounce house. Hector my driver made it very easy to get things started when he delivered the bounce house. He came earlier then expected which was fine with me and got done setting everything up very fast. Hector was very professional and nice and im glad he was my driver. I will definitely order from Hampton Roads Jump again it is well worth it.

We had a great experience with HR Jump! We ordered a combo water slide/bounce house and the kids had a blast. The online process was easy and fast! They had so many great options! The delivery guy, Hector, was extremely kind and professional. They even had to set up in the rain and they didn’t complain. Thankfully, the weather cleared and lots of fun was had. The pick up went smoothly also. I will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family!
