I have always felt that Neckermann would be there when I needed them. Over the years they have always responding quickly to my inquiries and needs. Awhile back strong hail storms came through my area of town. The damage to roofs was extensive. I called Neckermann and within a few days had been inspected and had a check to cover new roofing within a week. Many of my neighbors had to fight for months to get the same response.

These people really care about what they do! I recently bought a house and needed homeowners insurance. I first spoke to Randy and he did a great job of explaining all the finer details of what I need to be fully covered. The customer service and respect he showed me was outstanding! If you need any insurance, personal or business, I don't think you can find a better independent agency than Neckeman. I have had a relationship with the team at Neckerman for over 15 years now, and they simply continue to impress. I tend to ask, what I think, are some very basic questions and my needs see simple.
