Super unprofessional. One of the women that work their named Kayla Merrill decided to hire someone that was a customer to move some rock off her property, decided she wanted her money back 2 years later and then used her companies resources to stalk and send a fake invoice to my parents house knowing exactly where my now fiancé lives, because he is a customer who’s address is on file, and has been a customer there for. Along time. Mine however isn’t. This is an unspeakable violation of privacy and she should not be employed there. No one’s information is safe with these people apparently

The team at DH Smith is AMAZING! They answer the phone and emails instantly and have always been there to help! They were on top of things for me during a stressful move and have always communicated information about my policy fast! Cannot recommend them enough!

Possibly the worst insurance agency i have ever dealt with. They will not do anything you ask them to do on time and for that reason i have cancelled my insurance with them but yet they still keep taking money out of my account every month because they haven't sent the paper work to encompass. Not to mention the lady that works there Paula is extremely rude! Don't recommend this agency to anybody!
