Absolutely top notch group of professional staff taking care of my mother. Craig and Leigh Ann the owners go above and beyond to help their patients. Craig was her PT and Lori was her nurse, they were very patient with mother. If your looking for caring people to take care of your loved one look no more. I highly recommend this Home Health Care. This organization is wonderful. I have been a patient of Nexstep since January of 2012 (it is now 2018). Have had five major joints repaired-even had the left hip done three times, since my body rejected the first two and Nexstep got me through all seven after surgery theraties with no complications. My surgeon was really impressed that my recovery was so fast. Nexstep is a made up with people who have Christian faith and just love to help people. I would recommend them to everyone far and wide. You won't be sorry!!!

Our entry into health/memory care was shocking. Our father was taking care of our mother, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Then, our father fell, hit his head and is completely brain damaged -- non-verbal, unaware of what is going on around him. This horrible event spiked our mother's condition. We lost two parents in one moment.
We were at our wits end. Owner Leigh Ann and Brooke, just two of an amazing staff, helped us more than we can say. NexStep doesn't just care for your loved ones ... NexStep looks out for everyone. Can't say enough good things about this company.

Words cannot describe the gratitude my wife and I hold for this wonderful company. As a Nurse Practitioner I've seen a lot of home health agencies from the big ones who have doctors in their pockets to the mom and pop ones that can't make good on their promises. My mother owned and operated one for years.
It is a rear blessing to find Nexstep Home Health care! The care with dignity and they operate with integrity and they welcome managed care patients! I will not recommend any other agency.

Nexstep Home Health Care was incredible to work with. They were very caring, responsive, accommodating to my schedule, supportive, encouraging, prompt, respectful, and helpful. I really can't thank them enough. The owners, Leigh Ann and Craig Tipping, have such a passion for what they do. Craig was my physical therapist and was truly a life saver. Because of a badly broken ankle, I needed to learn how to do everyday activities like hopping up and down stairs, getting into the shower, etc using only one leg.
