Just had the worst manicure ever...there is no polish in some corners of my nails, and there is grit on several nails. There is also still quite a bit of polish on my skin even though I asked for it to be removed.
I am super disappointed as I was really optimistic that I had found a great salon. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.

I got a full set of acrylics done by Rachelle and they are super lumpy and badly shaped. the black gel polish used on my nails is transparent in any lighting. And to top that all off, not even a week later the tip of my thumb nail broke off. If you're going to charge the price of quality nails, then deliver the expectation of quality nails.

I usually love em nails but this time wasn’t all that great. i was with rachelle and i was there for over an hour for just a gel full set of one solid color. it took her almost 5 minutes on each nail. i was cut
once with the drill, she wasn’t wearing gloves like the other nail techs, her mask wasn’t over her nose, she dropped a nail file on the floor and continued to use it on my nails. the nails didn’t turn out bad but it definitely wasn’t worth sitting for over an hour and all that.

Got my nails filled on Tuesday, today's Saturday. Idk what happened but the nail polish he used... wipes off. Like. I'm down to the gel almost now. It's soft. I'm pretty upset to have to redo my nails. The manicure if full of bubbles too. I got a pedicure that was awesome though, but 45 dollars. The painting and nail shape job was pretty legit. I live in another state or I'd get them fixed. :/

Highly recommend! Friendly and welcoming staff. Everything from start to finish was great. Service was amazing. Great options for pedicure and manicures. If you're not going here, you are really missing out. You can book online as well which is great. Remember to bring cash for tips! They deserve it!
