My initial contact by phone was to inquire if they could sew multiple patches on a leather riding vest. I mentioned that I belong to an organization that provides honor services to veterans, and first responders during funeral ceremonies he quickly responded. I delivered the vest mid morning and was contacted in the early afternoon to pick up the vest. Same day service and great work. I will continue to use them for future needs.

My family has done all of our alteration business with this man over the years. He is a very nice, good man with great prices and his work is the best. I have had him re-stitch custom Tru Religion jeans with alternating colors; beautiful work. I would trust him with any piece. He took in a brand new ordered online $700 BR suit for me for my sisters wedding and probably literally 20 other things. Excellent entirely. Go see him.

Extremely, extremely disappointed.
I moved to the area within the past year. I needed to find a good tailor because I'm short and all my pants are too long.
Over the course of the past eight months, I have probably brought in at least nine pairs of pants to be hemmed. The first time I wore one of the pairs, the stitching came out and the hem fell back down.
That, in and of itself, isn't what has left me so disappointed. When I brought the pants back in and explained what happened to the hem, not only did he not offer an apology for the poor workm he charged me an additional five

Murat is absolutely wonderful, does great work, and truly cares about his clients. He completed alterations on a bridesmaids dress for me within just three days, completely saving me in the 11th hour. The dress fit me perfectly, and I can't thank him enough for saving the day on such short notice. Don't go anywhere else for tailoring in Rochester but here, he won't let you down.
