My husband and I stopped in looking for a notary public and were greeted right away. Even though it only took about five minutes for us to get helped the person who greeted us checked in with us every couple of minutes to update us that we would be seen soon. Katherine was super personable and professional and from our few minutes with her I knew this is where we'd go back to with any of our insurance needs. Very grateful to have them in the neighborhood.

My roommate and I stopped in randomly after looking all over for a notary public and were immediately greeted by their friendly staff! Katherine was immensely helpful getting our documents notarized for our landlord and will definitely come back to see her for any insurance needs. Cannot recommend her enough!

Very unprofessional. Been a client for several years and insurance contract cancelled with zero communication. If contract is cancelled courtesy should be to notify the client so they can't get coverage elsewhere. Rates are double other providers so you would be better served by an agent and company that will communicate with you in a professional manner.

I live right around the corner from this place, I never really considered renter's insurance being a necessity in NYC but decided it was about time to be a responsible adult. I had the pleasure of dealing with Rafael. Honestly it was the easiest interaction I've had in a very long time. He was super friendly and personable. I was in an out in about 20-30 minutes and was fully insured. I would definitely recommend seeing Rafael for your insurance needs!

Horrible service. I noticed my rate has gone up 2 times over a year first time was a few dollars apparently it was because of rates going up in new york. The next time it went from 265 to 308 dollars. I called on june 9th to speak to my state farm rep Jewelz Santiago concerning this and a team member told me she would call me back the same day. She never did. I preceded to cancel my insurance and go with Geico since she never got back to me. I called the 24 hour number and was assured she would call me. Here we are June 28th and she has yet to call me. Also I canceled on june 9th and it was never

Spoke with Katherine Gomez, service was on point and straight forward. I loved not having to be transferred and transferred repeatedly to get an available representative. Only a few minutes into giving her necessary information, she replied back with what i needed and send out what i needed just within a few minutes. Definitely will refer customers to this agency. Great service and excellent job done by the office associates handling my insurance. It is very important to have someone take good care of something so delicate such as your home, auto and life insurance, they are also a bank (had to apply for a student visa) and I could honestly say they do a great job at handling that and having me do little to no work at all. Really enjoy going in there, could honestly recommend STATE FARM at this location any day !!
