If you or someone you love is struggling with a mental health concern, we are here to help! We have a "one of a kind" team who truly care about making a difference. We strive for excellence in all we do, every day! LifeBack's dedicated team is comprised of Licensed Clinical Therapists and Licensed Clinical Social Workers, as well as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Board Certified Psychiatrists.
We understand that seeking help can be intimidating. From start to finish, each member of the LifeBack team will treat you with the utmost respect and dignity. The LifeBack Clinical Team was built with a specific focus. We have deliberately recruited our clinicians and provide them with the ongoing training and development necessary to make excellent patient care the expectation.
Our clinicians know the value of teamwork and collaboration. We use an inclusive approach to support each patient's participation in the development of treatment goals. When appropriate, we encourage family involvement and collaboration with other treatment providers and supports. LifeBack is state licensed and accredited Mental Health, Psychiatric, and Substance Recovery agency.
Utilizing an integrative approach, our team builds on and emphasizes your individual strengths to help promote recovery. Our team draws on components from various modalities including Strengths-based interventions, Motivational Interviewing, and SMART Recovery. In addition to individual therapy, LifeBack offers psychiatric services and group therapies to create a holistic recovery plan maximizing support option.
Incorporating medication into treatment can be an important and effective part of your behavioral and mental health care. Our board-certified psychiatrists and nurse practitioners are highly qualified to assess and treat a variety of diagnoses and symptoms for children, adolescents, and adults.
When needed, patients will complete a thorough evaluation with a prescriber who will offer recommendations, resources, and education regarding medication options.Patients will continue to meet with their prescribers to receive the appropriate medication management and follow-up care. SHARE your feelings and concerns openly with your prescriber; they are there to help you!.

I am so grateful to have had Lifeback to help me through the lowest point of my life which felt like it had hit me out of nowhere. Melissa coached me through every step of the way, showing me how to use my strengths and keep things in perspective. The Women's Empowerment group has also given me some addititional tools and expanded my support network. Office staff is extremely nice too!

I love my doctor, she’s always personable and she listens to me which is sometimes rare in a psychiatrist. The front desk, however...high turnover and no one seems to know what anyone else is doing. They will take messages and never pass them on, never call back when they say they will, etc. I had to leave a message about my prescription refill three times and never heard back, and when my meds had almost run out I actually took it upon myself to physically walk into the office and demand they send a refill RIGHT NOW. I recently transitioned from a program setting where I was working with Anna weekly over 6 weeks. I was interested in following up with her privately through Lifeback. I had an established relationship with her and she had been managing my medications; therefore, I was looking for a smooth transition.
When I called to schedule, Lifeback insisted that I do a full, personal intake with one of "their therapists" before I could even schedule or talk to Anna. I have a private therapist who I have been seeing for years. I said that rather than do a phone intake I was happy to fill out

I find this place highly unprofessional as there is no confidentiality between the front desk, therapists, or anybody that can call claiming they know me. they just share information when i dont want them to, but when it comes to information that actually needs to get around, they cant get that done right either! their scheduling process is extremely messy, i’ve often had to be rescheduled because they scheduled someone else on top of my appointment or vice versa. there have also been many miscommunications with prescription dosages and insurance information. the individuals themselves are very

Cindy. She is wonderful in so many ways. I can’t recommend her enough. I don’t see her for substance issues (I would if I had them), but I think many stressed people could benefit from her amazing relaxed home-like approach. She’s like the family member you wish you had to talk to! I can’t recommend her enough!

Anna and Cindy are wonderful and helpful and always make time for me even if it means they come in early or stay late to fit MY schedule. The girls at the desk are so friendly and answer all my insurance questions with patience. Great hours on nights and weekends, and they call to remind you of appointments. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Lifeback and seeing Anna the nurse practitioner since May 2017 and I couldn’t be happier. Anna got my meds right the first time around and I’ve been seen by many doctors who have prescribed many medications. The staff is friendly, efficient and extremely helpful with any paperwork needed for work and refills on medications. They offer many different support groups and services during the week which is awesome. I can’t praise Anna and the rest of the staff at Lifeback enough.

I see Anna the nurse practitioner and she is wonderful. She got my meds right the first time around. She takes time to listen and cares about your wellbeing. I feel like a person and not a number with her. I never have to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes and if by some chance I have to in the future, she is definitely worth the wait. Anna simply saved my life and gave me hope. Thank you Lifeback!!!
