I’ve been working with Jamie for over 5 years and he has made the experience an effortless one where I don’t have to worry about my property being taken care of or myself getting taken advantage of. He’s always found good tenants, handled any issues that arise, and put in place lawn care and other annual maintenance plans that have helped maintain the property so well that when it came time for me to sell recently that process has also been a breeze.

I had a very tight timeline with many moving pieces as I was preparing to move my large family into a bigger home and rent our current home. Jamie and Cathy came personally to take pictures and explain the process of renting our home. I had almost constant contact with the whole team and their professionalism put me completely at ease. Cherise was amazing and lined up potential renters the day after pictures and paperwork were completed. They really made me feel like I was their only client (although I know I definitely am not).
