Right off the bat Ms. Adkins made me feel very comfortable. Speaking to an attorney could be very intimidating, but she talked to me in a professional manner, yet making me feel as if i was talking to a friend. She listened to my case and broke down all the pros and cons of my situation which helped me manage my emotions throughout the case. Rachel Adkins and her firm handled in assisting me when it came to child support and establishing paternity for my daughter. It was a lengthy process due to the pandemic and a non-cooperative party but would consistently reassure my case would get the justice it deserved, it did and I was not disappointed. My rating is not insensitive or inappropriate! It is well deserved. I would actually advise and warn people about your insensitivity. You work to many cases at the same time and don’t give them the attention they deserve. I also see that you make excuses for every bad review on here OWN YOUR mistakes and try to improve. Try being a little humble with future clients and try putting yourself In their shoes. Don’t patronize!!! Try being the attorney YOU would hope to have if you found yourself in any of their situations. This is just another paycheck for you but a lot of these cases are life changing

I called to set up an appointment with Ms Adkins. The secretary told me she could set up an appointment in ten days, I agreed even though that seems like quite a while. That should have been my first clue to move on to someone else. I even asked if Ms Adkins was super busy because I have dealt with lawyers who have a very high case load and it never goes well for the client. I spent a few hours filling out their questionnaire and preparing a letter for Ms Adkins. I sent it in and waited for the phone call for our agreed upon appointment time. No phone call.
