This is the most honest and solid shop around GR, they will fix anything and do it with a smile. Don't listen to the guy who gave them one star, he's prolly just a negative person and is taking bad luck out on some genuinely nice guys. They also have 20 dollar oil changes and give you coffee when you stop in.
Have never been so confident in an auto shop. Their lit is always full and they always manage to get the job done quickly.

Terrible shop. Girlfriend and I had ourr car towed there because the axel went out and they replaced for $350. Two weeks later transmission fluid was leaking because they didn't replace the seal with the axel. We ended up taking it to our mechanic we usually go to and they replaced it the right way after not being able to recoup any money or service from river city and having our shop call and talk to them as well. No responses back and thinking about suing. Terrible service and terrible people.

Had to deal with some brake issues on my Jetta. Went to the dealer ( won't mention the name ) and they confirmed I needed new brakes on the front. Got an estimate from them and was shocked. Seriously shocked.
Talked to my dad who used to buy/ repair/ show/ sell cars. He doesn't really think anyone does good work, so i am always interested in his opinion on cars. He recommended Chad at River City. They looked at the car and confirmed what the dealer found. But his quote to repair ( and I had to make sure it was the same work by reciting the work estimate, not price ) was more than 40%
