I've never sought help on the repair of a PC before. I built my own PC's up until, laptops became mainstay. I'm well aware of buying motherboards, flashing Bios, installing a new hard drive, anti virus, etc. Recently my current laptop failed to a point I was at my wit's end. My options I felt were, "Bite the Bullet, buy a new Laptop", with cash I didn't have, or call for help.

My primary work computer failed to boot. I went through every issue I could to attempt to resolve the issue myself. When nothing worked, I knew it was time for a professional diagnosis. Jeffery is that person. He quickly confirmed the motherboard had failed. His diagnostic fee was excellent and he was courteous and knowledgeable through the whole experience. I will be visiting his shop for any computer issues I can’t handle myself. Living in Milford, it’s nice to have local expertise like his minutes away.

Jeffery was very prompt and responsive, and got my computer turned around in less than 24 hours from my initial panicked phone call. He is very informative, and knows what he is doing. Not only was my issue resolved, but it was thouroughly explained to me with patience and care. I will absolutly return for any future computing needs.

I had an issue with my PC. It wouldn't start cause of a faulty POWER button. I brought it to Jeff and he was very nice and courteous. He told me the part needed to be ordered and he'd let me know how long it was going to be when he received the part. Jeff kept in constant contact with me and did an AWESOME job on my computer. When this problem was going on I had my Mom in the hospital. I was there each day til 8:00 p.m. and when Jeff was finished fixing my computer he brought it to me at the hospital which I thought was amazing. And he didn't charge me extra for bringing it to me. My laptop crashed and I really needed to have it recovered. I called and got the answering machine. Before I could look for another shop to bring it to, Jeff called back and said to bring it right in. He did a quick run through when I got there, and I left it with him. The next day it was done and my laptop runs better than ever! I was able to save every bit of music I ever had and a lot was irreplaceable, I couldn't be happier! Of course there was a diagnostic fee, but that was factored into the final cost, which I thought was very reasonable! Great business, great owner!

The owner is a crook. I had an important recording device that I needed to be trimmed for the authorities. He promised it would be done the next day & that would be less than $80.00.
It took him 4 days to do a simple trimming. I had to call him constantly to know the status. He knew that was a very important audio yet he lied on the pricing & timing. He then withheld the trimmed audio on another device & tried to charge me $99.00 for just TWO copies of the audio. He's a liar. A scammer. Do not do business him.

Unable to access my email for days, I placed a call to Sound Computer Services. I brought my notebook to Jeffrey's store and he was able to resolve my issue within an hour. However, I was still unable to access my email from my desktop computer. Jeffrey came to my home and was able to discover and resolve the problem. He installed an anti-virus program and explained to me what had happened. Jeffrey was considerate, patient with his explanation of what I had done to create the problem and to date I have had no further problems. I will surely recommend him.

Sound Computer is really helpful. My computer has needed a lot of upgrades and repairs since I installed Windows 10 and the staff at Sound Computer was able to get everything working properly, which I never thought was ppossible. I thought I was going to have to buy a new computer. This was much less expensive and much faster, and I didn't have to lose my data and start over again. I highly recommend this service. Fast, helpful, reasonable prices, expert and knowledgable.
