Prior to a successful career as a computer education teacher I was trained in computer repair technology at Porter and Chester Institute. After graduating Porter and Chester in 1984, I repaired and installed computer, or CPU based, time clocks and payroll machines. I also completed degrees in education from S.C.S.U. and Sacred Heart University with concentrations in history, computer science, and instructional technology.
Flat Labor Rate Special: Some repair jobs can be very time consuming. In order to provide my customers with reasonable labor prices I offer a flat labor rate. This is perfect for customers who want their computers tuned-up or optimized.
For the low, flat labor rate of 100 dollars I will remove viruses, completely update your operating system and programs, optimize your computer and spend up to **4.5 hours to ensure that it runs fast and error free once again.In the highly unlikely event repair time exceeds 6 hours then the total labor charge will be $120.00.

This section of my website is a work in progress and intended to provide my customers, and the technology community in general, with information regarding basic computer use, troubleshooting, and maintenance. It isn't a comprehensive guide to computer repair nor is it intended to be. It currently only pertains to the Windows operating system and most of the examples I provide are from Windows 10.

I had a fairly complex computer issue; ultimately I needed a new HDD. Greg diagnosed the issue and replaced the appropriate parts while reinstalling the programs I requested within a few days. Greg was great about communication - he was always available when I had any questions and responded almost any time of day. He provided excellent service for me at a very fair rate.

I met Greg through Craigslist whereby I bought a computer desk from him, that he was selling. When I went to pick the desk up, he told me about his business, and I had one heck of a job waiting on him. I brought him my Toshiba laptop that was everything short of beat to death. It had cosmetic damage and display damage as the touch screen would not work, and the screen was cracked.
