The garages are a little small but the property is beautiful. I love my little 2 bedroom condo. Right off the road, my condo actually faces the road but the fence that surrounds the property creates a safe feeling for me. The pool and hot tub are beautiful as well. The fitness room is well stocked, better than an apartment complex or hotel for sure.

Nice condos, but do NOT rent any! SUPER expensive and a total rip off. You can rent a 4-5 star hotel in Phoenix or Scottsdale cheaper than what people here ask (in Mesa). I rented from one lady (name withheld), and pre-paid for 2 weeks. My trip was cut short 1 week due to an urgent medical problem. I have been trying for MONTHS to get a partial payment refund. I was told by the rude condo owner that it's not her concern. Sooooooooooo... it's OK to steal money for services not rendered?
ALSO: rude condo lady didn't give any receipt (my fault for not demanding one), so

I purchased at Coyote Landing 5 months ago, and I have to say that it's been nothing but pleasant. I love the Condo and the grounds. The staff in the office have always been helpful and kind, and have assisted me with everything that I've needed. The community and visitors have also been nothing but friendly. Also, there is a lot to do in the surrounding area, golf, outdoor activities, shopping and places to eat ect. I love this place and so does my son!
