I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Seita Jewelers. My engagement ring is a unique shape which proved to be very difficult when looking for a wedding band. One jeweler insisted the only option was creating a custom band at a very hefty price, another completely turned me away. With Becki's help, I was able to find the most perfect and beautiful ring on my first visit to Seitas. Becki was so personable and excited by the challenge. Just got home from getting my wedding rings resized. All I can say is WOW! I thought it was going to be expensive. Not nearly what I had anticipated and my rings look brand new! So sparkly! Im in awe! The workers there were awesome! Ive used them for several chain repairs too. Class act. No wonder they have been in business as long as they have.

I brought in my mother's ring to turn the diamond stone into a necklace. The stone had not been cleaned in over 13 years and wasn't sure what to expect. It turned out absolutely beautiful. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service as I tried to figure out what I wanted for my wedding ring! Gorgeous selection of jewelry and kind, customer-oriented staff made my experience with Seita 10/10. They worked with me in making my band a yellow gold so my entire ring set could be 2 toned. They even gold plated one of their rings in the display for me so I could see how it looked as the 2 tone! I don’t think any big name jeweler would have done that, and they did it- no questions asked!! They made me feel comfortable with being so indecisive and helped me work through all of my decision

My husband passed away and I wanted to take my diamond from my engagement ring and put into a pendant. At the suggestion of Becky she suggested putting a ruby in my engagement ring after taking my diamond out then I could wear on my right hand. This was such an awesome suggestion. We went to Seita looking for a specific style of ring. We found one similar, but wanted a specific type of gold for it. Ben worked with us, found out exactly what we were looking for, and found a supplier that carried that style of ring. Within a couple of day, he had those rings in store for us to look at. And we found exactly what we wanted!! Ben didn’t have to go to such lengths to find what we wanted. But he did. And we are so grateful!
