At first the apartment seemed fine. But after a couple of years of living here I have realized that there are a lot of problems. Whenever I have problems I go to the office and they don't listen to me. One time I went to the office because one rooms the floor was really weak and was about to fall, they and they did not do anything to this day. There is no need for any office if they do nothing. DO NOT GET AN APRTMENT here...

As a Park Montair resident, I expected to be treated with more dignity and empathy during the global COVID-19 pandemic. As we are all aware, our country is suffering from the spread of COVID-19, which is placing burdens and creating uncertainty in our community as a whole.
I humbly reached out to our management team requesting a review of our prior verbal new lease and rental increase, that will be going into effect April 1, 2020.
We Verbally agreed to sign another year lease with a monthly rent increase. This verbal agreement was made prior to our collective understanding of how our lives

First off, I would love to say thank you to Diona for making our move in process so quick, relaxing, and fun! She's been such a great help and has made it so exciting for us to move in. After reading the reviews, seeing the area, and the apartment; my fiance, mother in law, and I fell in love with everything. The apartment is very spacious, bright, cozy, and had a really good energy inside and outside the complex.
We are so happy to be moving into this community! It is everything we have been looking for.

Park Montair Apartments is a place we have lived comfortably for two years now. The management is easy to talk to, and fast to response on our needs. The maintenance people are very trusting to do their services. Hoping that this place we can afford for a long time, and without worries!!!

First of all I'm new tenant but I got say I feel bless coming to this place, people here are so wonderful I love the staff Rachel makes everything so much easier and makes you feel at home while you do all the paper works, so thank you Rachel for your hard work and dedication you made my family feel at home and was straight to the point. The place is big I have the 2 bedroom downstairs and is comfy and have my little patio It's just beautiful, love my parking spot and this complex is so safe and means alot to me specifically cause I have a daughter.

From the second we showed up, we were impressed with this place. The service Rachel provided us prior to signing our lease agreement was phenomenal. We gave us her undivided and non-rushed attention even though there were others waiting and people calling. She knows the tenants by name which made this whole experience personal because she actually takes the time to learn people’s name. Moreover, she told us to come on a Friday night to check out the property just so we can be confident in making a decision. After moving, I had the opportunity to work with Diona. We've lived at Park Montair for a few years now and enjoy living here. The apartment complex is located in a great area and is perfect if you have kids because everything is convenient (school, mall, grocery store,park). The elementary and middle school is walking distance and takes less than 5 mins to get there.

I've been living here for almost 4 years now and I have to say that it's not bad living here. If you have a request for maintenance, they're usually pretty fast. The management is nice and pretty helpful. The residents usually stay to themselves, which makes it pretty quiet around here. The only negative is that the units are a bit outdated; the shower doors and blinds should be replaced, along with a few other things. However, this could just be my unit. They've put in a gym, which is great, but last time I've checked, it's only open when management is present.

I moved to Park Montair last year and I love the location and size of the apartment. I met with Diona and she was amazing! She was very compassionate, understanding, helpful, and responsive. I had to move very quickly and Diona was instrumental in making sure that happened.
I have the 2 bed 2 baths and it's absolutely perfect for my boys and me. The apartment itself is very spacious; the closets and storage are huge. We have lived in the Park Montair apartment community going on 5 years now! We will be re-signing a 1 year lease in May. For the most part we have had nothing but great things to say about management and maintenance staff. Rachel is the property manager and she is always very pleasant and responsive to questions, concerns and requests. Also, the community is always well kept and neighbors are polite and friendly. The only reason i did not give 5 stars is because of the annual rent increases. Other than that, if you are looking for a reasonably priced and well kept apartment community, then Park

I've lived here now for three years. I Love the residential area,as well as being so close to work. The apartments are large, clean, upgraded, and have large patio's and balconies. Laundry rooms are close by, and convenient. The Management and staff are most helpful, and respond quickly to getting things taking care of. Park Montair Apartments is a wonderful place to live with a good staff. I love the cleanliness of the apartment complex and the professionalism off all the staff members - from even the maintenance staff to property managers. The office and maintenance staff is very helpful and prompt at resolving of fixing issues.
It's close to everything if you're hungry there are numerous restaurants, if you want to shop you're within walking distance to Lakewood Mall, Grocery stores plethora shops.

Hello I like to express a few thing about park montair again. Just this past Saturday I put in a request for my heater because it wasn't working
Rachel Blake the head manager put that orders for. Me. I stop into the office Monday manager Miss Diona assured me not to worry it will be taken care of. The head maintenance guy D'Angelo came directly over & took care of the thermostat problem. He stated to me saying a couple of guys will come to replace my pilot heater . And they sure did I like to thank Mister Oscar Gilbert and Mr. Gilbert taking the time to do a great job it

My mother, sister and I lived here at Park Montair for 3 years and we can honestly say we had a lovely experience. From the get-go, Rachel was consistently on top of the game. I was always impressed with the fact that she remembered our names and was always so welcoming. Her demeanor was honestly what strayed us in the way of initially wanting the place so badly.
One of our main concerns was safety, as we have a grade-school child with us. Not once did we encounter a problem with the area other than the loud noise at night coming from the church parking lot. Parking was another worry for us, but

I lived in these apartments for 3 years and enjoyed my time at Park Montair. When my sister and I first called to ask about vacancies Rachel, the property manager, was very welcoming and friendly and took the time to answer all of our question and show us one of the model units. She made the entire move in process very easy! She has also been the property manager for quite some time and it shows as she always seemed to know residents by name. Considering there are buildings A through G with at least 30 units per building that's pretty impressive.

This is an amazing place to live in! I lived there for a year in a half and I have no complains about anything. The staff is extremely attentive and always willing to help. The only reason I moved out is because I bought a home, if not I would have loved to stay there. If you're looking were to rent, definitely go with Park Montair Apartments!!
