I had an amazing experience working with Affordable Basement Waterproofing and would certainly recommend. The salesman Ken was very thorough and the install crew led by Mike and Greg could not have been more professional...and tidy. A couple of major snags occurred during the project to no fault of theirs (my basement floor had twice the amount of concrete as normal) which involved the crew working 2 extra days to finish at no extra charge. Couldn't be happier with the end result. Great price too as I got quotes from a handful of contractors. You won't be disappointed with Affordable Basement Waterproofing

I have an Unfinished basement that needed some waterproofing. I reached out to Affordable and from the initial call, it was a great experience. All of the girls in the office were Kind, Caring, and Attentive. I was quickly scheduled for a free assessment. The inspector was on time and thorough. The job took a couple of days and the crew was cautious to my belongings by containing the area with cloths and such. Job looks great and most of all my basement has been DRY. They did not fix the problem and would not remedy the situation.
We asked them to fix a walk-out basement drain that was clogged and allowing water to come into our basement. The guys who came were friendly and got the job done by digging a trench along the wall where the door was and installing a second sump pump, then having the water pumped out through a pipe. But this only solved half the problem. The pipe that pumps out water is not on a slope, so the water just rolls back toward the pipe, soaks the concrete under the deck and creates a muddy mess in our lawn (see picture).

I liked Ken the salesman who went over everything with me. He was not pushy. He had a lot of knowledge which I appreciated. The installation process went very well. The guys who came to do the work did an excellent job. They worked very hard and did a great job. After almost a year I did end up having an issue with one of my sump pumps. Billy and Ron came out to investigate the issue. After investigating they concluded the best thing to do is replace the pump. They swapped out the pumps very quickly and efficiently. Their customer service was very professional. I really do appreciate it because

I hired Affordable to install two egress wells for basement windows. They did an excellent job. They came when they said they would and it was a two day job. I was very pleased with their work when they finished and they left the area very neat. Better than it looked before they started. I would definitely hire them again. And they were both pleasant. I had the opportunity to have Vince and James do the work. Very hard workers with a smile and recommendations for parts I didn’t need but had purchased. Thank you Vincent and James!

We received a packet in the mail with their official guarantee, all paperwork, pictures of the job, AND a nice thank-you note! I would hire them again if I had to do it all over!

They did a great job repairing a crack in my basement wall. Ken, Kelly, Bill and his team all did a great job and communicated everything to me along the way. Bill and his team showed up on time and did great work and Bill even went out his way to fix some issues with my sump pumps. I couldn’t thank Affordable Basement Waterproofing enough for fixing my problem in my basement in quick turnaround. I would recommend there service to anyone needing work done.
