Our foundation drainage experts learned the waterproofing business from the ground up, selling waterproofing products for a local distributor.
Protecting your home from water damage requires a reliable solution to stop water intrusion. Water takes the path of least resistance and as we all know can be very destructive. When the ground surrounding your home's foundation is saturated with rainwater, your basement if not properly waterproofed may leak.
We have a complete line of professional grade products to meet all your Waterproofing needs. Our basement waterproofing solutions also include 4 ADS, single wall HDPE perforated pipe. This flexible, lightweight sustainable product is ideal for subgrade irrigation water management. The drain pipe, also known as drain tile is connected to a polyethylene sump basin which holds the groundwater collected and channeled to it by the ADS pipe.
After evaluation by our inspection team the best solution may be to waterproof your basement from the exterior. This requires excavating the soil surrounding your foundation walls to the footings and installing a bituthene waterproof membrane. Again, we only use professional grade materials for this application, Henry's self-adhering Blueskin.
Foundation wall cracks are either vertical, horizontal or stair step, which follow the line of the CMU block. Vertical cracks can occur when the concrete shrinks or when the soil surrounding the foundation wall settles. In order to stop the leak, vertical cracks should be repaired immediately. Our three part repair process includes a hydrophobic or water repelling high strength mortar and drainage board.

I have been very happy with the work 20,000 Leaks did for me. A friend referred the company to me to have extensive concrete work done around my home. Karen has been amazing this entire experience as well as Don and the entire installation crew. They demoed my old sidewalk and installed a brand new and wider sidewalk for my front walkway. My husband and I always wanted an extended parking pad in our back. We had been parking on dirt in the back yard for years. I tried to add rocks etc but it was messy and looked untidy. They came to our home, dug out the driveway and installed it in a few days

The entire team was pleasant and professional from the onset. Karen was able to come visit our (then prospective) property within a day or two to provide a quote and give us options. She really helped to both inform us and to give us piece of mind when purchasing our home.

I give my highest endorsement to Karen Nance, at 20,000 Leaks Under the Basement. Karen managed the job from original estimate until job completion in a superb manner. She was a complete professional and extremely communicative, which was very important to me. I really hope I never have to use them again obviously, but the job was completed very thoroughly and completely, and I'm comfortable that the problem has been resolved.

This review is long overdue. Karen and Don are wonderful! Our basement flooded in May 2018 (waterproofing was done by a different waterproofing company before we bought our house). We met with a lot of contractors that summer to figure out the best solution for our basement, and not one was as responsive, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced like 20,000 Leaks. Since then, we've hired them for a few other projects, including concrete work for our backyard. Without a doubt, I recommend this company to anybody with basement water issues!

I have to say that our experience with 20,000 leaks has been excellent at every turn. They were great in the sales part in the process. They got right back to me and were patient with us. Their work team was wonderful. My 83 year-old mother was visiting and stayingsta the basement and they were gentle and considerate with her. The thing that surprised me the most was how clean they left the job halfway through and then upon completion. I did plenty of research and had lots of companies give me estimates. With all this great service and a great price too? Wow!!

We had this company build a concrete pad for a backyard basketball court and install an in-ground basketball goal after they were recommended by friends. They listened to what we wanted and did an excellent job with the excavation and concrete work including installing the anchors for the goal. They then installed the goal and an integrated backstop and light.
They were easy to work with and their work was detail oriented. We were very pleased with how the project turned out.

This company stayed true to the contract. They installed an interior tile drain system in our basement and replaced our sump pump. The materials used were upgraded from what we agreed upon (with written notice asking us if this was okay), they stayed on time, and on budget. They cleaned up daily and did a full clean after the project. For a one week project they brought a porta-potty as well to not intrude on our space. Karen is a fantastic communicator and project liaison. We highly recommend them.

20000 Leaks Under the Basement is a God-send. I had a basement leak issue (that ended up being worse than initially thought) but Don, Karen and Nick came to the rescue. They worked with me thru to the end. They started on day 1 to repair a basement wall crack but quickly learned that the ground under the basement was clay and would not drain properly. After a short and honest discussion with Don, they immediately started to install a full front wall drainage system with a sump pump that very same day.
