We had a problem with water in our basement 22 years ago. They did a fabulous job back then. So we called Oriole Basement Waterproofing with a new problem. Frank came out immediately and assessed the problem. He was great. He explained everything his crew would do. They found a HUGE hole below the foundation. Jeff, Carmen, Rico and Matt did a wonderful job and fixed the problem. They were very knowledgeable, courteous and they were just fantastic hard workers. They left our basement clean. We would recommend them to anyone. That’s why we called them again after 22 years to fix our new problem

Had some water coming in the corner of my basement wall, which rotted
the studs and created a small mold issue. Contacted Oriole, and Frank came out, explained what was happening, and how they would correct the issue. Original install date was going to be 10/29, but due to supply issues, install was pushed to 11/18. New French Drains were installed and tied in with existing drains.
Crew showed up around 8:00/8:30 (no call before, but not a big deal as I was expecting them) and got to work. They didn't have any fans with them, so I'm still finding dust weeks later. Unfortunately, when chipping

Oriole installed a sump pit & pump and a perimeter drainage trench that connected to the pit along the foundation in most of our basement. Jeff and crew did a great job, took only ~2.5 days right before Thanksgiving for a trench over 100 ft long in a fairly old house with finished basement. Both Jeff and Frank (2nd or 3rd generation owner) knew their stuff and were really helpful talking through the whole process and consulting us on decisions along the way. Fortunately/unfortunately the weather hasn't tested the new install yet, but if anything does get through the walls it'll definitely be handled

This is a great company from the owner to the crew. Frank is the owner and did the inspection. He is not pushy and very understanding and will try his best to accommodate you to keep cost down. My waterproofing job was complete today by Jeff and his crew. I could tell right away I had a team of experienced professionals doing the work. Jeff was very polite and skillful at his craft. I give Oriole Basement Waterproofing 5 stars and would recommend them to all in need.

Frank, the owner, came out and did my estimate for basement waterproofing. I didn't know much about the subject but I got a good feeling that he was knowledgeable and fair.
I liked his quote the best of the two I got (it was slightly more money but more of a complete solution, the other seemed too high for the work recommended.) I reached out to my Uncle who is retired from 40+ years in the waterproofing business. He came over and inspected my place and looked at the offer and said he was impressed with both the estimate and the knowledge of the person who prepared it, and that sealed the deal

I called Oriole waterproofing for basement waterproofing. My call was answered by a live person and Frank (3rd generation owner) was able to come out the next day to give me a quote. I selected them for price, located in Harford County and very knowledgeable in explaining what they would be doing. The work was scheduled to be done in the next 2 weeks and completed in 2 days. They did as they promised. The workers were very hard working and fantastic. I highly recommend them!

Selected Oriole for basement waterproofing ahead of finishing project. Had basement perimeter pvc drain installed, additional sump, egress window, stairwell drain, and some slab rough in plumbing. Professional experience start to finish. Frank spent a great deal of time walking me through options and adapted the proposal to my needs and the proposal was overall the best value of the firms I solicited bids from. Adam and crew did a fantastic job in performing the work - professional craftsmanship and respectful of the home. They work hard and the quality shows. Best of all they are local to Harford

Called all over the damn place for an estimate and oriole gave us the cheapest price on waterproofing my basement they were by far the most professional. When the time came for them to water proof the basement there crew (Adam, Jeff, Rodney, and chase) showed up and they started hauling a$$ like they were motivate Japanese people. For a 900 sq foot basement they took not even 2 days to complete and the work was top notch, everything looked awesome, the crew operated with the utmost respect and professionalism.
