Since Heritage Plaza apartments got new management, everything has greatly improved at our senior community. When we need repair or something fixed, the job is quickly done. The manager, Debbie, works well with the tenants. She is compassionate with the needs of elderly residents, yet firm in areas of management, that require.

I've lived at Heritage Plaza for almost a year now and i can say I enjoy living here. I know they raised the rents but only after years and years of renting them dirt cheap. And even so it's still one of the cheapest 1-bedrooms you'll find in Orange County.
I've seen the new manager repaint our patio furniture, steam clean clubhouse carpets on top of everything else she does .
I would and have recommended Heritage Plaza to my friends.
