I have also been the education provider for the State which consists of teaching the 90 hour home inspection course along with providing the in-field training that is required for new inspectors to become licensed. Robert was extremely thorough with the inspection. Inspection report was sent within a day. We did request a few revisions be added to the summary, but he was able to turn around the updated report within the next day. He reviewed the inspection findings with my fiancé and future mother-in-law in person and was very accommodating with having the realtor and myself in a group call to listen on the report findings.
