Dr. Walt, Dr. Gammage, and Dr. Wustman have experience treating patients of all ages. From infants to seniors, they perform thorough eye exams to evaluate the health of each patient's eyes and to determine the best course of action.
I have been going to this office since I was a little kid and they have always been great. I have always been able to be seen the same day with an eye injury. When my daughter broke her lenses at school, they had new lenses in her glasses 48 hours later. My visit was at 8am and staff and doctors were immediately ready for me and very friendly.

Once you have to get glasses or contacts, it is even more important to watch the health of your eyes. You also need routine checks to ensure your prescription has not changed.

All of the staff were very helpful and inviting! The sweetest woman checked me in, the lady who did my preliminary eye exam was kind, Dr. Wustman was friendly and informative, and the woman who helped me pick out my frames was a pleasure to talk to. A very positive and stress-free first visit to the eye doctor.

Just got off the phone talking with the receptionist Grace. Told her my situation and why I was calling and I can honestly say I genuinely felt she cared and did her best to find a solution that worked for me. Grace was phenomenal and very professional answering all my questions. I’ve been seeing Dr Walt for years (he’s awesome) but it’s little things like this that keeps me coming back.

Dr. Walt is so friendly and professional. He always remembers things that I have told him about my life and asks about my family and my job. He is a really nice guy and he makes me feel comfortable during the eye exam. He is very calm, patient and soft spoken, he has a really nice disposition. They have a good selection of frames. I order my contacts through them and they arrive quickly. I never have to wait more than around 5 minutes for them to take me back to begin my exam. They have fun, interesting toys for my kids to play with, a little kid area with baskets of toys. My daughter always wants

This was my first time as a patient at Hudsonville Vision Care. Just like most, I was anxious about being a new patient. Dr. Wustman made me feel welcomed and she went out of her way to explain every step of the appointment. Dr. Wustman really took the time to make me feel important and informed. She was extremely thorough with my eye exam. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wustman to anyone looking for exceptional services for their eye care needs.

I have been seeing Dr Walt since high school (I'm now 40-something, so it's been a few years...). I've always received trusted care from this office. I've never felt the pressure to buy my frames or contacts here - some times I do, some times I shop elsewhere. I feel like the focus here is on my eye health and not my wallet. I would definitely recommend Dr Walt for anyone looking for vision care.

I enjoy working with Hudsonville Vision Care because they are kind, professional, and knowledgeable! Our visits are always pleasant from the time of scheduling all the way through billing. The front desk is friendly and makes me laugh, the doctors are smart and kind, and then the women helping to chose the best pair of glasses are always thoughtful and listen to what I want and need.

My visit was at 8am and staff and doctors were immediately ready for me and very friendly. Since it was my first visit, they ran the full scope of eye tests. They are thorough and have the latest test equipment. They made me feel comfortable and confident in the whole thing. It was a very smooth and enjoyable visit, like I was with the office for a long time...treated like old friends. Office throughout was very neat, clean and organized. Great experience.
