THIS PLACE SUCKS. I CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BECASUE MY INSURANCE IS COINTRACTED AND THEY TELL ME THEY CAN NOT TAKE MY INSURANCE WHICH IS BLUE SHIELD BECUASE "THE ONLY DOCTOR THAT TAKES THAT INSURANCE IS BOOKED UP UNTIL NOVENBER." HE DIDN'T OFFER ANY OTHER ALTERNATIVE, HE JUST WANTED TO GET OFF THE PHONE AND IF HIS NAME IS GARY, I SEE WHY THERE ARE SO MANY BAD REVIEWS ABOUT HIM. GIVING HIM 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH!

I've visited the office twice. Once was for a visit with a Dr. The second (today's visit) was for testing. The Dr. I saw was very curt in his manner and seemed to listen but halfheartedly. I figured since my visit was at the end of the day that was the lack of interest in his questioning. As for today's visit it was okay just standard testing. However I have noticed that the staff has a lack of or dislike of giving through information. For instance when I was called for testing they rush through the information. even today when I asked a question about the follow up testing the person just told

Everyone is great except for the receptionist GARY who is rude, cold, and inconsiderate. It is sad that a place servicing a demographic of individuals who are generally already struggling with personal issues would have to encounter such an unhappy and burnt out worker. My many interactions with him are enough to cancel out a 5 star review and give them a 1. Maybe he has a personal issue with me IDK, but he should not be the face of this agency. This is coming from a community mental health Social Worker who has never given this individual any reason to act as he does. Highly disappointing.

I called to set an appointment 2 months ago but never got a confirmation email. I called a month ago to ask if this is the place where I set my appointment and they confirmed. I asked why I haven't gotten an email yet and they said they wait until it gets closer to the date to remind patients.
Well my appointment is supposed to be in 2 days and I still haven't heard from them. Now I don't even know what time to tell my boss I'll be out of work. Clearly, I won't be making it to this appointment now. Their receptionists don't seem to care at all.
