First of all, I'm seriously side-eyeing any reviews that are above a one-star. Did we see the same doctor? The doctor I saw (Dr. Khaja) was 30 minutes late, hostile, rude, and dismissive. He told me that I don't have ADHD simply because I have a master's degree. When I asked him to explain more he immediately become defensive and said, "I am the professional and you can argue with me all day if you want, but I don't agree with your previous diagnosis". I was actually stunned by how aggressive he was for absolutely no reason. I felt like he immediately assumed that

The doctors here do not listen to the patient. They misdiagnosed and prescribe them whatever they want. I was send to get psych evaluation and came back with my results and they told me they are not gonna agree with the evaluation of a doctor who specializes specifically in testing. They are quack doctors. I have filed complaints with my insurance against them. And will be looking at lawyers for lawsuit.

Please do not go to this office or even listen to the bs that comes from their doctor. I was referred from a therapist and psychologist to talk about my ADHD and anxiety struggles. The doctor completely disregarded my feelings saying "you think you have ADHD but you don't". Even though I have testing and a therapist referral I genuinely can't believe a so called "mental health professional" took 30 seconds to ask what my GPA is like in school and then said " you would have mediocre grades and barely passing if you really have ADHD" like are you joking? That

I worked with Dr. Khaja for over three years and bit my tongue the entire time. Now that I finally have better health insurance I’m going to seek out quality medical attention because that’s what I deserve.
Dr. Khaja has set a new low for terrible doctors and deserves zero respect from his patients and fellow colleagues. He would do his best to keep our phone call appointments as short as possible and showed no care for my well being.
I only have myself to blame for honestly believe this man had any intentions of helping me.

Dr. Khaja is a terrible provider, thought the reviews were whatever but NOPE! They are correct. He tries to make a diagnosis and wont even explain WHY HE THINKS I HAVE IT. Saying that he "doesnt need to explain how he came to that conclusion" I just wanted help and i didnt get it. He wants to write me meds, saying that you want the medication or not? like what? A Mental Health doctor is suppose to LISTEN to the Patient but this one does not care. I hope Kaiser takes him off their 3rd party contractor list because wow.

Dr. Khaja is the worst provider I have ever had the misfortune of speaking to. Spoke over me, went as far as to discount a prior diagnosis completely (after a ten minute phone call). Like other reviews, I had to wait over an hour by the phone for the call. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Patients beware! This Dr. Khaja had the audacity to chuckle at my wife when she shared details of her families mental health history, apparently schizophrenia and paranoid delusions are “only in the movies”. I filed a formal complaint with Kaiser and was able to get her out of Choice thankfully. Please be careful, I too can attest to the phone issue, had to call 12 times in a row to get the receptionist. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable mental health facility.

If you are unfortunate enough to have Rosekate Ugorji as your practitioner, run the other way. She does not schedule appointments consistently. she calls out of the blue and berates you if you do not answer. She will call 3-4 times after not even scheduling an appointment. She talks over you, refuses to listen to your concerns, prescribes medications after not even considering your current issues. She mocked me after I spoke about deaths in my family. She raised her voice several times and hung up on me when I debated her about her mistakes. I was told I would receive a call from another Dr with

The receptionist is incredibly unprofessional and rude. They never answer the phone and it seems their psychiatrists are never actually in the office. They seem uncaring. They are all too willing to prescribe medication without even asking questions or helping look for alternatives. They refused to fill out the paperwork needed to document my medication in court, stating “We don’t do that here.” I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I go to the murrieta office and the front desk woman is very sweet and always happy to help. Dr khaja is a great psychiatrist and always listens to you when you need him and gives great advice. Would recommend to anyone in need of psychiatric help.

Last month Dr Khaja missed my phone appointment, and I had to call several times the following day before I could finally have my appointment. This month I called an hour before they closed on the day of my appointment (Wednesday), and was assured that I would have my appointment. I never received a call and they are closed until Monday. This is absurd. I’ve filed a formal complaint and will be finding a new psychiatrist.

Seriously some of the worst customer service I have ever had my appointment was yesterday at noon so I called about 30 times after 2 before 5 PM finally got a hold of him at 4:51 and he reassured me my prescription would be sent right away since they were already a day late ( I had been waiting at pharmacy since 2pm ) And around 6 PM I finally gave up when the pharmacist told me they had still not received anything .. I've called atleast 50 times today and out of 50 calls she answered once at 10 am to tell me that she sees that it was sent over incorrectly and it just says processing but

Unacceptable patient service. Made an appointment for one of my children weeks out with Dr. Khaja and then was told there was an 'appointment window' where we had to sit by the phone all day and wait for a call. This alone was bad enough to think a doctor couldn't manage some telemedicine visits on a schedule.

I never received a confirmation email or any follow-up call before the appointment. The day came and no call. I left 3 voicemail messages throughout day at 12:30, 1:30, and 3:30 and no one returned my voicemails.

Unacceptable service especially when you consider that this

M The doctor is friendly and helpful. However the staff are absurdly rude. My first time coming I had to reschedule because they lost my information and despite me telling them I needed meds they told me if I needed them that bad to check myself into a mental hospital to get the meds I need. First time I had to wait a little over 40 mins which I undersTood because I was a first time patient. I've come this time and again have been waiting more than 30 mins to be seen. If there is a problem with time management then don't waste paTients time by having us wait. It's unfortunate that

Dr has wonderful bedside manner and I can tell he really wants to help me and others with mental struggles and makes me feel very comfortable when telling him how I feel when having my mental issues. The time you spend with the dr is very quick which I like and straight to the point. I'm blessed after seeing so many bad dr that I finally found him.

Beautiful Clean Office.
The Dr. was Excellent with my son who has Autism.
I couldn't believe it, but I only waited 10 min after his appointment time.
My sons last Dr. you waited over a hour.
Office staff seems to be just getting situated. Trying very hard to do a good job.
And maybe a smile would be nice.

I wish there was a way to tap into the hearts of these reviewers but sometimes people need a good kick to the face to remember that life is not supposed to be a quick and easy road to fulfillment. There isn't some magic pill or lottery ticket or five minute wait time that will ever change your attitude for the better if you are unwilling to accept the hard work it really takes to feel free. When the unthinkable happened to me, which is quite often, it was the empathy and quality of expertise of everyone involved at this office that helped turn my dreadful situation into an opportunity for growth

Can’t ever get a hold of anyone to schedule or reschedule an appt and no one ever returns a call. I’ve literally had to drive to the office to make an appt. Doctor has horrible bedside manners with patients. Does not communicate well or make you feel that he cares about his patients. Finding my son another doctor currently. I would not recommend Dr Kahja
