I wish i didn't have to give one star. I've had issues with this company for over a year. They don't show up when you are put on the schedule, they make excuses for when they don't show up. Twice I have been told they would give me a call back, yet I have yet to receive one. I regret doing business with them.

I recommend going somewhere else for your sprinkler needs, zero stars - Facts: I explained the problem of the burst pipe over the phone, they scheduled for one hour, early morning. They looked at the pipe and hole (that I dug myself) and rescheduled for 2 hours after reviewing the problem. The project was supposed to go from 8:00 am - 10:00 am according to their email and calendar invite. The project lasted until 1:30 pm, the hole flooded, putting my basement in risk of flooding, I only found out about the issue because of a phone call by my renters who are living in the residence. Absolutely terrible. Very dishonest and really take advantage of you. The company as a whole doesn't know much about sprinklers especially for it to be their "profession." That being said, it took them 4 attempts to try and locate a leak that was causing my control boxes to flood. They spent 4 hours replacing the entire manifold because they didn't know where the leak was. It turns out that wasn't even the problem, the manifold was perfectly fine because I still had flooded control boxes! so I'm stuck with a $400 bill and my problem still exists and they wouldn&apos

I had called another sprinkler company to come and repair my sprinkler system. The man said that there was a broken pipe near our oak tree and that a valve was not working back under Pine bushes in the front yard. He said he wouldn't work on it because it was too hard to get to it and I couldn't get him to come back and fix the break in the pipes.
I called Dr. Sprinkler and they were out here the next day and spent about an hour and fixed two Broken valves, fixed the broken pipe, and checked all the sprinkler heads. I'm extremely pleased with him and his reliability and responding

To start they did not show up on time, I waited for over an hour before they even returned my phone call. They explained to me that the cost was $75 per hour. They did not explain it was $75 per man. With 2 men, my bill was over $400. 2.5 hours to replace a single valve. Save your money and call anyone else.

This company is bogus. If you are doing ANYTHING other than sprinkler repair... Do not use this company. We hired them to tear out some sod and move some sprinklers and do curbing. A week after he said it would be done the work began. Through a SUBCONTRACTOR. With many texts and promises but no shows. Then Dr sprinkler finally shows up to do his part of the job with his "crew" (who were actually his wife and 3 little daughters, not grown men to tear out sod with no sod cutter at almost dark) they lasted 20 minutes before he left and took his family home .. With again more promises

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable! I contacted this company to locate a secondary valve box that had been buried. On my initial call, I asked if he had the location tool that tracks the wires under ground because the box was probably buried pretty deeply. The operator (Kerry, I believe), replied that he has only ever needed to use this tool once in all the years he has been doing this. We scheduled a time for him to come out. Sure enough, after 2 hours of listening, digging, guessing, and whatever else, he agreed he would probably need the location tool. He explained he would need to rent

I have had a few sprinkler repairs that i have been putting off for few years. I called a couple of companies and had them come out and look at the job, the other companies gave a bid the seemed good but never got back with me. I then called Dr. Sprinkler they answered their phone and was very polite on the phone, they showed up on time when they said they would be there. The guys did the job in a effective manner and that was fast. The price was good but more than that the people who worked on the system were exceptional and great to work with. I have lived here for a long time and it is good

They charged me over 360 bucks for a valve+installation and a broken line junction which I had already dug up. They never informed me about the inexperienced 16 year old "lackey" that tags along with the regular repair guy and charge 60+ per hour for each man. Very unclear about their service, what could've quickly been done in 1-2 man hours turned into 4. Don't go with them unless you really get clear with what they plan to do. Oh, and don't have them come out for a quote, then unexpectedly try to repair everything on the spot without informing you of the details. I won

The owner/head guy gave me the estimate himself. 3 days later when he did the service( only my wife at home) he brought another worker with him who did virtually nothing but tell him when a sprinkler was on or not and helped dig some holes.. He was here, he claims for 5 hours( my wife said he came about 10:00 AM and left at 1 PM. but charged me for 10 hours ( because he had a worker with him) saying it was man hours not real hours. What I expected

It looks like it's time for the first real review. One of the valves on the sprinkler system went bad. They were all 25 years old. We had them replace everything. They put in a manifold system I'm very happy with. They did a little work cleaning up the front sprinklers.
The charge was fair, the work was excellent and they came the morning after I called them. I don't hand out 5 star reviews slavishly, but my experience was that good.
