Daniel repaired my sprinkler valves that had debris stuck in them. During the visit, he was professional and friendly. It was clear that he knew what he was doing, and he was able to complete the repair quickly. He also helped me get my control box setup correctly and answered a number of questions about my grass that were not directly related to the repair. Price seemed fair. He is a friendly guy that knows what he is doing. I plan to use him in the future for sprinkler issues.

Daniel and his team were great. I wanted a complete new irrigation system installed. He gave a really good and fair price, he also installed rotary heads as I specified I wanted those. Everything is working great.
My biggest compliment is that he is very responsive. I had a couple questions about prepping for his arrival as well as after the install. He would respond the same day.

Daniel Derricott and his crew were very professional and ontime. Daniel made sure we were kept in the loop on what was going on and clearly explained the issues along the way. His guys worked very hard digging and made sure they cleaned up after they were done. I will highly recommend this company to friends and family. Daniel and his crew replaced the shut-off valve (40 plus years old) for my sprinkling system. He was prompt, fair with his fee (allowing me to do some of the digging to expose the valve) and he didn't waste any motions. He got in, fixed it and got out. I had to do some repair on a control valve the other day, and it was easy because the shut-off valve worked like it should and was easily accessible. I will call him again when I have a problem.

Daniel is dishonest and plays the honesty "Mormon Card" as hard as he can. We hired him to do work on our home. He charged us 5x more for the retail price of hard ware and called it " standard Draper pricing" I asked point blank why he would charge $5,000.00 for a retail $1,000.00 pump- his reply." that's standard pricing". I then said why did you charge me $1,500.00 dollars to install the pump ? ( again it takes 5 mins tops to plug it - i know this because i did it myself with my own two bare hands). Again to my astonishment this too is "standard

Daniel was responsive, clear, and direct. He replaced my Stop & Waste valve the same day I called him. He sent me photos of the job in real time and kept me informed. His bid was pretty much the same for the flat rate job of a stop & waste replace, but I called others who were higher. He seemed to know his stuff and the part he installed was solid quality. Me and my husband are new home owners and noticed our sprinkler system needed to be fixed (ie. stop and waste needed to be replaced). I called in the late afternoon on a Thursday and he came to look at it that evening. After discussing the issue with the system, we made a plan to fix it the next morning. The labor ended up being more than originally planned however there was no additional charge for it. We paid what we were originally quoted. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He sent us photos and texts throughout the process to keep us updated. I highly recommend Daniel!!

I needed my stop and waste valve replaced before the winter as it had started leaking. I called a few other places and they were just wanting to kind of band aid it. Daniel knows his stuff and used high quality parts. Scheduling and communication was fantastic. He and his crew came and did the work quickly and was cognizant of the house being without water. We got a few quotes and Daniel came in close to or below all of them. The price was great and the quality of products was better than other contractors. The best part was he was very responsive and got the job done when he said he would. He answered all the questions we had and stopped by just to make sure everything was working as it should.

Daniel Dericott at pristine lawns is as DISHONEST as they come! He left the job on our house unfinished, and then demanded payment after marking up the pricing of materials by 500% (that's not an exaggeration). He said it's "standard Utah business practice." He wanted $5,000 to replace a pond pump and $1500 to install it, we had another company replace our second pond pump (that actually is used for a larger water feature) and their total bill including installation was $1800!

After him going back and forth on his price in the beginning, he decided he would charge what the other companies were charging in my area. Now here we are September 4th with two months left to the contract and he has decided he will no longer cut lawns in my area. I now have to scramble to find another company this late in the season to continue cutting. Very unprofessional!!!
