Verify the validity of the certificate of destruction. TAMS certificate of destruction includes either the serial number or correct weight of the recycled items. I took my old PC and monitor to TAMS this morning as I wanted to recycle it in hopes someone else could use it. I spoke with their receptionist who was one of the kindest people I have talked with in such a long time! She showed respect and patience with me and listened which is rare. I was so impressed! Customer Service has taken a huge downhill slide over the years but this young lady restored my faith in CS! I was impressed with the store's laptops, PC's monitors etc that were available to purchase. I recommend TAMS! I didn't know they were even an option but so happy I heard about them and

This place is incredible. They are highly competitive on price, the equipment I've purchased there has been amazing and they are always friendly. It can be difficult to get a hold of someone that knows servers, but my guess is they are so busy, because they are so amazing. What a gem here. Great place.

We bought our computer at Tams four years ago, and something went wrong with the start, and it just would not start. I spent over two hours searching online for the solution, and nothing worked. I finally called Tams, and Nicholas, the tech, solved my problem in FIVE MINUTES! No charge, just smart tech and good customer service. BUY YOUR COMPUTER HERE!!

I've purchased a powerful desktop, RAM to upgrade a laptop and another desktop, hard drives and various parts (cables, adapters, etc.) from TAMS and have always been happy with my dealings there.
The staff is knowledgeable, and if they aren't sure if they have what you need, they will look to see if they do.
Their prices are good, it's just an all around good experience to go there.
It's my go to place for computers, parts and accessories.
