I would like to take this opportunity to compliment Everdry and its' employees for a job well done. It's been a pleasant experience from the initial quote to completion of the work. Tyson and the crew are efficient, conscientious and caring young men. Each one knew what to do, how to do it and when to do it. Each step was explained to me and I had many opportunities to ask questions and received concise answers. In my situation, not only did my basement need extensive work on the inside, but the outside walls needed to be treated as well. The crew was very polite and went above and beyond expectations

I initially thought they did an excellent job but since the left the border around the bottom of the wall alot of bugs are continuing come through their. Also the salesman talked me out having the durashield applied but it would have been really good because it helps prevent moisture on already damaged wall surface and mold. The install the EZ breath and the sump pump but they did not install an outlet so the way it is plugged up is not idealed or the safest. I don't know if the way they sealed the cracks in the floors could of been neater.

I wouldn't rate this company even a 1. Absolutely horrible. They take advantage of the elderly, my parents paid 25,000 dollars for repairs on there basement . This was the worst mistake my parents ever made by hiring this company. BEWARE they lie, dont give you accurate info or all the info. They destroyed my parents basement and they endured a huge disaster and is still cleaning up after 6mo. Dont hire this company.

There were some discrepancies with the salesman, but those were later resolved. It is my understanding that he is no longer employed with the firm. A supervisor made the trip all the way from Mansfield to Steubenville just to answer a question that I had before signing the contract, and he corrected some misinformation that the salesman had given us. The work performed (November, 2010) was excellent. Since that time, we have had some horrendous rain storms that would have previously resulted in basement water. Our basement has been totally dry for the last 3 1/2 years, and that is what we paid

This company is AWFUL!! First, they did a rushed job and busted my sewer line, patching the concrete and taking off without informing me. I could not reach them to fix it, so I had to hire a plumber to come and fix the damage (about $2000 worth)! They also removed one of only two floor drains in the basement, which was at the lowest spot on the floor. So, now when it rains, the water just collects there. I still get water in my basement because they did not waterproof the entire outside wall of my house. When my sump pump quit working last year, they refused to come out and even look at it unless

Overall my experience with Everdry Waterproofing Inc. of Mansfield, Ohio, has been good so far. Against all negative recommendations from some earlier clients of theirs from 1990s, I went ahead and took a chance with them in 2013. Yes, there were glitches along the way but they responded to it as best as possible and I appreciate their efforts in fixing things. They are not perfect but I have not seen others that are. Are they expensive? Yes, however one has to realize that you pay for peace of mind too. Mike Petusch, one of their managers on the job, was especially conscientious and so was Mike

First, the job cost too much. Waaay too much. There are a lot of underpaid Everdry technicians now out on their own you can find on Craigslist who will do it a lot cheaper.
They tried to scare me in the estimate by showing me a picture of a collapsed house.
They put in cheap refurbished sump pumps, and if you have trouble with yours, watch out because they are reluctant to replace it under warranty unless it is totally dead. It takes weeks to get a technician out to the house. Get yourself a utility pump for when their cheap sump pump goes out on you.
