From beginning to end, the crew with Zablocki were thorough, respectful and offered good recommendations/advice on how to improve the aesthetic of our basement, as we are potentially planning to sell in the near future. They communicate effectively and respond quickly to texts and messages.
One of the owners, John, came to our house to do the walk-through of the basement to assess damage, work and overall cost for what needed to be done. He was quick, but efficient and didn't waste our time with up-selling us on something we didn't need.

They got right to work on installing my new drain tiles. No delays, No hassles. Great price, great guys. They went beyond the work that needed to be done by drilling me a hole for the sump pump pipe. I'd recommend them for any basement work. Honest guys that did not try to sell me anything. They fixed only what needed to be fixed.

I had Zablocki excavate and brace one wall of my Menomonee Falls home 7 years ago. Zablocki did a great job. I was very happy with the pride they took in their work. In August 2019 I was getting ready to sell my home to my son and knew the 3 remaining walls needed to be repaired. I had several estimates done and Zablocki came in the lowest. Zablocki excavated and braced 2 more walls and braced the 3rd wall. Zablocki’s team again did a great job, hauled everything away and cleaned up our yard perfectly. I would highly recommend Zablocki to anyone.

We had our basement waterproofed by Zablocki Waterproofing this year after having leaks and problems keeping our basement dry. Their team did a fantastic job inspecting our basement and got on the job quickly after I made the call. The price was reasonable and the job was finished in a timely manner. The staff on the job were professional, friendly, and made sure all of my questions were answered. My basement hasn't had any issues since Zablocki came to the rescue! Highly recommended!
