When you see signs of water in your basement there are multiple approaches to solving the issue. Some are better than others and sometimes it depends on where and how it is getting into your home. Exterior waterproofing is always a great way to resolve water intrusion by excavating out the area where the water in entering your home.
Hydro-Channel and Hydro-Channel Plus is an interior footing drainage system designed to prevent water seepage from entering the cove area of the basement (area where the floor meets the wall) and allows foundation wall seepage to drain harmlessly beneath the floor and into a drain tile system with a sump pump.
Sump pumps are designed to detect when there is water coming up from the ground. For this reason they are installed inside of the sump barrel which is located at the lowest point in the basement. When the sump pump recognizes that there is water rising inside the barrel, it begins to pump water out of the basement.

I had 3 egress windows installed by Zander Solutions. The crew Brabyn, Shane, D'Anjlo, Colin, and Joe were here on time, and cleaned up their mess at the end of each work day. The entire crew was very professional and didnt mind when we wanted to watch some of the work being done. For being the middle of January the mess outside in the yard and rocks was kept to a minimum. Overall we are very happy with the work performed and would recommend the company to anyone looking for work within their abilities.

Very satisfied with the work Zander did on my basement "crawlspace". Darrel, the onsite supervisor insisted on perfection and doing the work as if the project were on his own home. He helped me understand options and benefits of drain tile and took care to keep the rest of the house as clean as possible while doing a very messy job. I didn't get to meet Xavier, but I am very happy with the final waterproofing he completed. CJ kept in touch on email throughout the project answering my scheduling questions. The best part is the basement is now so much warmer (not to mention drier!) than it was prior

Brabyn P., Shane D. and team put in an egress window on my house and were extremely professional. Their extreme professionalism is reflected in their great quality work. I am impressed with the precise excavation of the project area and installation of the well and window parts. They also hauled away all debris. I would highly recommend Zander Solutions for their egress window services (I also had them do some crack injections last year, that job was also great).

Brabyn and Shane did an awesome job with our egress window. There were a couple small hiccups with the installation due to how our house was built. When they came to them, our options were clearly explained and they took my input, moved ahead and did exactly what I wanted. It was a fantastic customer experience. I need to have my basement windows replaced and I definitely will be scheduling an appointment this Spring to have Zander Solutions do the work.
