On Rye Deli

I honestly cannot say enough about On Rye Deli. My office does birthday themes every month (I decide on the theme) and for the month of November I chose to do “thanksgiving sandwiches” for everyone. The first deli that came to mind was them since I grew up in the south shore area and always loved their sandwiches. I called them up a couple days before to let them know I needed about 50 “thanksgiving sandwiches” and they couldn’t have been more helpful if they wanted too. My office freaking loved them - the sandwiches are to die for. If you’re in the area it’s a MUST TRY. Thank you

My husband said the Beef Stew he had today was the best he has ever had (except mine)! It was cooked perfect and the beef was tender and juicy. He's pretty excited about finding this deli and how they take great care in what they cook.

Incredible sandwiches and lovely people. The Italian sub might be the best I've ever had - the bread is soft and with good chew, the giardiniera were pleasantly tart and had a kick, and the meats/cheeses were fresh and flavorful. We also LOVE the meatball sub. Their takeout is so speedy and always accurate. We have gone countless times since discovering the place and can't wait to go again!

This is a great find. Small deli that serves breakfast and lunch - closed at 3 pm. Quality meats with a good selection of breads. Not inexpensive but worth it. Small business that cares about quality and service. I go out of my way a few times per month for the turkey special.

Great sandwiches and the staff are super friendly. I have ordered catering here and food was excellent! Highly recommended!

One of my go-to places when at work! The chicken noodle soup is perfect for rainy cold days! My fave is the chicken salad sandwich -- the only place I'll get chicken salad! Great quality sandwich shop with great customer service!

As usual. Had a great sandwich at On Rye Deli. I had a strange request to add liverwurst to my Reuben. They nailed it as expected. I know it's sounds strange but for the handful of us who grew up on liverwurst it satisfies that occasional craving.
