My roommate and I worked with Allan to find our apartment in Boston. He was extremely kind, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process, and every step from initial contact, seeing the place, communicating with the landlord, filling out paperwork, getting the keys etc. was an unusually pleasant experience. We found Allan to be much more knowledgeable and pleasant to work with than any other agent we'd been in contact with in the area and are very grateful for how easy he made the process.

Nick was excellent. He answered all of my calls, emails and text in a timely response. We had some trouble with USPS but Nick was very helpful and accommodating when this happened. Highly recommend for anyone moving from out of town, Nick was great and listened to exactly what I wanted.

I highly recommend working with Allan at Ivy. I was referred to him by a friend and for good reason! Allan is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and diligent. He was very helpful throughout the house buying process-I was fairly lost at the start and Allan patiently explained to me what to expect from the house buying process, what to keep an eye out for in homes, what was an easy fix and what as a PROJECT, loans, mortgages, etc. It also took me a while to figure out what kind of investment I wanted to make for my first home and Allan was receptive to me wanting to see different property types

I couldn't have asked for a better broker than Nikki! She made what was presenting as a very stressful situation, painless and beyond easy! She helped me find my dream apt. in less than a week. She was there to guide me thru every step of the process and beyond. I am beyond lucky to have found her and can not sing her praises enough!!!
