Built in 1963, the building is one of the most unique in the area. Every single unit features floor to ceiling glass that opens to wall-to-wall balconies. The Waterford has proudly been home to multiple generations and current residents range in age from 1 to 100. You will feel welcome here. Regular social events and a pleasant roof pool with sweeping views of the DC Metro area will provide an opportunity to meet your neighbors.

Why would this place get a positive rating?? Its a 60 year old building holding itself together by needle and thread.
The tenants for The most part are friendly but the staff, well thats a story of incompetence you’ll need to write for yourself.
My quick thoughts, the elevators are archaic, the furniture is still damaged from the fire (April 2019), no one working here seems to know what is going on, the board-of-directors have a god-complex, the pool is built for people who don’t swim as its only five feet deep and the size of a hot-tub (metaphorically), the tenants all speak to each other
