Amazing guys! They saved our home! We had a pipe fail in an upstairs bathroom which flooded the upstairs bathroom and bedroom and very quickly made it down to the rooms below and down to the basement. I called Servpro in Lowell, who responded immediately and was at my home in 30 minutes. Within the first 24 hours, they were able to reduce the water and moisture levels significantly. In the days that followed, they continued working hard and the result was that all moisture levels had returned to normal with very minimal final damage. We had called Serve Pro based on a recommendation by our relator and were highly disappointed. We had called for mold remediation in our attic and explained we need this done within a month in order to sell our home. We were assured it would be done and that we would get a 1 year warranty letter and a certified letter from an environmentalist. They came out and sprayed some type of cleaning solution that had no effect.. We had to have them come back 3 other times before the issue was resolved. They were not responsive in their communication and we had to initiate communication to get any response

I've been at a few of their sites, as I work with them occasionally, so I had these guys clean out my parents ductwork, as it had been probably 30 years since they had been cleaned. The came out on time, did the work, and were very professional. They kept my mother informed as they went through the process.
I know that it was a small job for them, because they do much larger demo work, but they didn't slack off just because it was a small job.
