SERVPRO of Salem/Plaistow started as a family run business by parents Ken and Joyce White in 1975. Their three sons, Eric, Gregg, and Brian, grew up learning the SERVPRO way of helping remediate water, fire, and mold damages "Like it never even happened." In 1992, the three brothers took over the business to continue the legacy their parents had started for home and business owners.

Had kitchen fire which totalled our kitchen and sent soot and smoke all throughout every area of the house. Called Lawrence MA serve pro in early am and they had project manager Steve on site within an hour to assess damage and build cleaning plan. Steve was easy to deal with and quick with communication. He provided detailed info about the process. Office staff kept in touch with us daily about the schedule. Cleaning smoke damage requires extensive deep detailed cleaning and is hard work which requires specific cleaning skills. The cleaning team was extremely friendly and professional and easy

Our organization's experience with ServePro was top notch. They are a community partner, and were generous enough to donate a backpack sanitizer sprayer (and disinfectant solution) for our day-to-day operations.
