This is a weird review perhaps because I wasn’t able to officially use ServPro’s service. However, I had called for a free estimate and they sent over an amazing technician named Brian.
I had just had my popcorn ceilings removed and there was dust everywhere. They hadn’t tested for asbestos however, so I was in the process of getting that done. Brian helped me document the debris, gave me a cleaning estimate if it wasn’t asbestos, and after he left, texted me the name of a person from an asbestos abatement company who could help me if my samples tested positive. Unfortunately, they did

My tech was Robert Eveleth ( Bobby) and Josh was the estimator and my first contact person. Josh and Bobby handled two different situations for me in the last year that involved sewage of some type. They are both outstanding in their jobs.Josh is excellent in determining what needs to be done for both cleanup and demo.He was receptive to my concerns and made this part of the job go smoothly. Thorough, careful, efficient, polite & respectful (even with the cat!)--working in the heat & humidity--a tough job completed incredibly well! Brian the manager, giving an overview and negotiating the plan. Chris as crew supervisor, checking in everyday, answering all questions, explaining the process completely. Servepro-Haverill is prompt, reliable and professional and I strongly recommend. Two years ago, on Christmas day, our sewer froze and backed up into the basement. We called Servpro-Haverill, and they returned out call quickly and arrived during the time they promised. By the end of that day, our basement was completely cleaned and sanitized - you could not tell that anything even happened prior. Thank you SERVPRO-HAVERILL for saving our Christmas.

The Haverhill/Newburyport ServPro Team is exceptional. In particular, I would like to thank Jerry, Aliyah, Toney, Justin and Antonio for their positive, can do attitudes.
