Posting on behalf of my father, who was seen today as a new patient. I have been desperately trying to find a podiatrist that took my fathers insurance, as he is on disability, and is under 65. When I called to schedule, whoever answered the phone was extremely helpful. I wish I would have gotten her name. She checked my dads insurance, and was able to get him in within a week, which is very good in my opinion. I wasn’t able to attend the appt, due to the pandemic restrictions in doctors offices, but my dad told me that the entire staff was so helpful. He then told me that Dr. Casteel was so

Dr. Casteel is a horrible and selfish scammer of a business woman. I came to her for a sever ankle sprain. She took examined it and diagnosed me as just a sprain, then cucially instructed me to remain off of it for 4 weeks. She insisted it was extremely critical that I return to see her after 4 weeks so that she could examine and determine what to enext. Upon return she saw that there was no improvement, however she told me there was nothing she could do but to order an MRI. For what seriously? Charge me and my insurance company, vast amounts of money just because she can, knowing it would not

I fractured my toe on a door frame, took my own radiographs, and purchased a boot online. I made an appointment here and with the radiographs they took, they weren't able to see a fracture at all. I pulled up the radiographs in my phone, which I showed to the Doctor who saw me, and was told I was doing everything right. I scheduled a recheck but had to reschedule, which I did. Due to being an essential worker, Licensed Veterinary Technician, during the COVID-19 outbreak, I failed to remember what date I rescheduled my appointment and was not able to get a day off due to Covid scares at my job.

The medical system really needs accountability for people’s time. I have an appointment at 2:30pm and arrived 15 minutes early to complete their paperwork. At 2:50 they let two people who arrived AFTER me and after my appointment time in. When I asked if they were running behind I was told that if I had brought my paperwork then I would be let in. Haha I completed my paperwork in five minutes and turned it in before my appointment time. I don’t know yet when I will be allowed in the office or see the doctor, so the review will be updated to account for how that will go. But making someone wait

If I could give a negative zero star I would. Dr Casteel was rude every time I went to see her. I was having severe ankle problems and all she did was have me do physical therapy for a month and pushed for stem cell injections which is expensive and or laser therapy at 35 a session 3x's a week minimun 7 sessions. I told her I couldnt afford her treatments at the time andbegan to get rude to me and told me straight out that she wasnt doing surgery on me. As I was checking out her Manager started getting rude with me and my husband and that waswhen I decided to seek out yet another opinion from a

Dr. Casteel is great! Very thorough and wonderful bedside manner. Although I had multiple issues, she didn't push treatment of problems that weren't bothering me and she made a painful procedure I did need to have done as pleasant as possible. Her office staff was professional and efficient but not particularly friendly. I had done my homework through my insurance provider ahead of time and since she was on the list of covered providers, my out of pocket cost was minimal, even surprisingly low. I would recommend her to anyone needing a foot doctor.

I love Dr. Casteel! I was in her office recently with my son. He plays a lot of sports and was having issues with his feet. She was so great with him! She was SUPER thorough. She gave him a diagnosis and VERY patiently answered my MILLION questions (I'm a mom, what can I say!). The staff was great. All very sweet. No complaints! She followed up with us to check on him and after all is said and done we have a very happy boy that's happy to get back to his baseball! I would definitely recommend Dr. Casteel to anyone.
