Learn about your Medicare coverage options. When you first enroll in Medicare and during certain times of the year, you can choose how you get your Medicare coverage. To help pay your out-of-pocket costs in Original Medicare (like your 20% coinsurance), you can also shop for and buy supplemental coverage.

Most plans offer extra benefits that Original Medicare doesn't cover-like vision, hearing, dental, and more. Want to see your Medicare plan choices now? Sure, shop now below and compare plans against your prescription drugs, search for your provider, select a plan and enroll all in one tool! I have worked in health care for over 30 years as an administrator.
Services
At Gabriela Insurance, we believe in serving our clients with integrity. Choosing health insurance plans that fit your and your family's needs is a decision that requires the help of an expert, a health insurance agent. With over 18 years experience we bring ease to today's Medicare health insurance plan choices and walk you through each stage of the way.
Medicare Advantage Plans, sometimes called "Part C" or "MA Plans, " are offered by private companies approved by Medicare. A Medicare Supplement Insurance (Medigap) policy, sold by private companies, can help pay some of the health care costs that Original Medicare doesn't cover, like copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles.
People with End-Stage Renal Disease (permanent kidney failure requiring dialysis or a transplant, sometimes called ESRD). Helps cover inpatient care in a hospital or skilled nursing facility (following a hospital stay), home health care services, and hospice care services. Copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles may apply for each service.
You usually don't pay a monthly premium for Part A coverage if you or your spouse paid Medicare taxes while working. You are age 65 or older, and you are entitled to (or enrolling in) Part B and meet the citizenship or residency requirements. You are under age 65, disabled, and your premium-free Part A coverage ended because you returned to work.
If you get benefits from Social Security or the Railroad Retirement Board (RRB), in most cases you will automatically get Part B starting the first day of the month you turn 65. If your birthday is on the first day of the month, your Part B will start the first day of the prior month.

If you are under 65 and disabled, you will automatically get Part B after you get disability benefits from Social Security or certain disability benefits from the RRB for 24 months. You will get your Medicare card in the mail about three months before your 65th birthday or your 25th month of disability.
