Health insurance is something you do not really think about until you need it/use it. Benefits Cafe has always provided me & my business with the best options for healthcare coverage. We just set up a new group policy with Benefits Café, and their professionalism was beyond what we even hoped for. They are very nice and responsive, really took care of us and answered any question we had. They helped us get the best plans for our company and employees needs. Bruce and his team are beyond helpful. I found Bruce off a whitepaper that came up when I was searching for information regarding small business health insurance. I worked with brokers in the past who just sent me 40 different options and left me utterly confused. Bruce spent countless hours on the phone educating me and making this process enjoyable. We have used Benefits Cafe for several years and I am very happy with the service. Every time I have a question--which is often as we our staff has grown in recent years-- Bruce, Stephanie or Jessica gets back to me right away and then they circle back around to make sure I understand. I am not knowledgeable about insurance and they are very good at making it understandable and easy to communicate to our employees. Bruce also comes to our office in Santa Monica every time there is a change in insurance to explain it to the entire staff. Finally, they are very proactive about renewals and researching

Stephanie at Benefits Cafe saved me days of work.
I recently switched jobs from a tax CPA at an accounting firm to the only accountant for a private company. I can do financial statements and general ledgers and bank financing, but I had ZERO knowledge about group health insurance plans and was facing torturous weeks in hell trying to figure it all out - I was in a very dark place. But, alas, I saw a light in the form of an email from Stephanie Monzon, a true angel on earth. It must not have been an easy task for her to provide my salvation, but she graciously helped me throughout my journey
