Neither will you have to wait forever in a crowded waiting room.
We only schedule one patient at a time and with plenty of time to complete the planned procedures. We respect your time, so if your appointment is at one o'clock, you'll be seeing the doctor at one o'clock. Are you uncomfortable with sharp objects in your mouth? Our practice was opened in 1977 by Dr. Dane Nielsen and his wife, Sherry. For over 38 years, our family practice has operated in the same location. With the retirement of his father, Dr. Canon Nielsen is continuing the tradition of excellent service to the patients we've come to see as family. Dr. Nielsen graduated from The USC School of Dentistry in 2012.
We understand that you don't want to spend all your money on dental care. We'll always offer you choices for the most affordable treatment. If you can't afford a certain procedure, there might be an alternative to get you out of pain. We strive to offer affordable solutions to all of our patients. We accept all PPO insurance.

Dr. Canon and his staff are exceptional! I would recommend them to EVERYONE!! After a somewhat discouraging trip to another dentist who told me I needed a root canal, I wanted a second opinion, so I went to see Dr. Canon. He was awesome! He even did a couple x-rays and they didn't charge me. He gave me other options I could do instead of a root canal. His philosophy is to keep the tooth alive as long as possible, and he uses the most conservative approach on tooth care. So Dr. Canon removed some decay in my tooth that the other dentist said needed a root canal, AND he saved me thousands of dollars

Dr. Nielsen is a true professional and a rare find. He explains what he's doing before and during the procedure, is very gentle, and actually tries to save patients' money. His staff are super efficient and friendly and I've never had such a straightforward visit to any dentist or doctor's office as I had there this morning -- very minimal paperwork and almost no waiting at all.
In a world where some dentists are told they need to find a certain amount of money in EVERY patient's mouth, it's great to have a dentist as ethical and skilled as Dr. Nielsen. I definitely trust him and will highly recommend

I had a fantastic experience at Dr. Nielsen's office. He literally saved me 90% of the costs that another dentist wanted to charge. In an industry full of salesmen who just so happen know how to work on teeth...rarely you will find a true dentist with a passion for helping people. Dr. Nielsen is one of the good guys.
